Jimin watched as Taehyung finished talking to the blonde women and bid his goodbyes. He was standing in front of the glass door of the meeting room and moved aside when the lady walked out. Taehyung was still seated and he sat beside him. "So, what is it?" curiously Jimin asked his friend who was looking through some emails on his tablet. "Oh, Ms Tooru just gave me all her knowledge on the owner of the lower floor of the building and sent me their emails." he replied without looking up. "You're really going to buy off the business and built the student thingy you thought about?" "Yep." Taehyung looked up and saw Jimin smiling reassuringly. "You got this! You're meeting the owner today?" "Thank you Jiminie, she already agreed. It's just a matter of formality and yes, I'm about to head there." Taehyung gathered his papers and tablet before bidding goodbye. "See you, Jimin-ah."

"Oh, yes. Sorry, I'm Ms Oe and you are?" the startled woman lifted herself and shook the outstretched hand of the male gently. "Mr Kim, thank you for waiting." He took a seat in front of her and Azizah wondered, didn't she talk to a female on the phone? "I suppose Ms Tooru is absent?" she voiced her thoughts and the male in front of her chuckled. "Actually, Ms Tooru was just talking to you on my behalf. I'm the one who wants to buy the floor for my own business."
"At least I know it now, Mr Kim" she graced him with a soft smile before her green tea arrived. "Can I get you something, sir?" the waiter asked perplexed after watching the male bewildered for a while.
"'I'll take the same as her, thank you very much."

Taking a sip of her hot beverage, Azizah looked the male up and down. He was very handsome and everything of him screamed rich at her but still, she couldn't pinpoint his occupation yet.

"May I ask what you do for a living, sir?" she locked her gaze with his and she should have felt weirded out by the intensity of his gaze but her head was empty.

"I'm an artist, Ms Oe. I'm surprised you haven't figured it out yet since the minute I walked in the waiter here have been observing our table from afar." a slight hint of arrogance left his mouth and Azizah couldn't help but mentally eye roll.
"Now that you say it, you seem pretty familiar. I must have seen your face somewhere." She had to stop herself from adding a 'or it must just be average' but hey, she was a cultured woman who just wanted to do her job. The waiter arrived with his green tea and Azizah opened her briefcase to get the required documents alongside a pen. Laying the documents onto the marbled table, Azizah halted in her movements when she watched him take a sip. Just like her late husband, he inhaled the scent of the green tea first whilst scrunching his nose before softly blowing at the liquid and then, taking a sip. She felt her heart get heavy and tried to calm down by quietly taking deep breaths.
"Are these the same ones you had sent a copy of?" he asked politely and Azizah nodded. Putting the tea back down, he lifted the document and read through pages. When he realised that Azizah was patiently looking around he remembered the document he had brought as well.
"Ms Oe, I brought a document for you as well." He opened his briefcase and gave her a document. In bold font "Confidential agreement paper" was written over it and Azizah furrowed her eyebrows. Reading through it, she saw the high sum of money as a punishment if she told anyone about the buyer without his consent. It was a long document and Azizah didn't understand why it was a big deal. He would eventually open the ground floor, right? People will know one way or another -- why make her sign such a document?

"It's the same, thank you. I'll sign now, did you read it?" he had an innocent smile plastered around his face and Azizah couldn't help but be wary... why didn't Ms Tooru mail her these beforehand so she could have read them thoroughly.
"Mr Kim, I'm slightly uncomfortable with the fact that I am receiving these papers just now and not getting a copy beforehand." He took of his beret and gave her an apologetic smile.
"I understand your concern, Ms Oe"
"It does appear the situation very sketchy to me, at least."
"Well, I'm terribly sorry but perceived it to be rather smart to hand these out now instead of through Ms Tooru because you didn't know who I was yet." Not answering, Azizah forced him to continue.
"If you'd like to check these documents on your own, we could meet here again tomorrow?" Thinking about the offer, Azizah agreed.
"I will take both documents with me again and we'll see each other tomorrow then?" As Azizah packed the documents back into her briefcase, she didn't notice the stare he was giving her. She was about to call for the check when he stopped her. "Don't you want to finish your tea before leaving?" Having completely forgotten about the green tea, she blushed as she took the cup in her hands. "May I ask why you are selling the floor?"
"Shouldn't you be happy that I am in fact selling the ground floor?" she replied whilst taking a sip. The male smiled at the curly-haired before glancing at the golden ring on her ring finger.
"I'm not complaining, just curious. That's all."
"I see no purpose in owning a shop I have no capacity to continue." Not satisfied, he pursed his lips like a child and Azizah smiled at that.
"So Mr Kim, my turn. What kind of music do you make? I do not believe you to be a rock artist."
"I think you have the wrong conception of me, Ms Oe. In fact, I am one of the most thriving rock artists out there!" the sarcasm was dripping from his voice and Azizah couldn't help but chuckle slightly.
"Oh, what a misconception."
"No, to be honest. I am actually part of a band called Bangtan Sonyeondan," he replied, awaiting my reaction. "Ah, I thought you were called BTS. I remember seeing some bus advertisements for your tour," she replied before taking the last sip of her tea.
"Now I'm reassured you don't live under a bus." he chuckled and Azizah playfully rolled her eyes. The more she talked to him, the more she felt the kind aura radiating from him. She liked his presence but it was too soon to establish that profoundly. Without noticing it, another half an hour had past and only when the waiter came to ask whether the pair needed anything, Azizah noticed her tea was already finished. "I think it's time to end the meeting here. Can we get the receipt?" the latter she told the waiter who got a hold of the two cups.
"Together or Separate?" Before anything else could be said, Azizah quickly voiced "separate" and the waiter went off only to return in a minute. Paying individually, Azizah lifted herself up and took her briefcase from the ground.
"It was nice meeting you, Mr Kim," she said whilst shaking his hand.
"Please call me Taehyung and the pleasure was mine, Ms Oe." Smiling, she retrieved her hand.
"Call me Azizah, then." They left the store after receiving a-have-a-nice-day from the workers and shooting a you-too back. Only after she turned her back to the handsome man, she had realised that although she was wearing her ring, he had called her Ms Oe.
