THALIA'S POV
"Bbbbbut...you were dddead," I stutter, a mixed look of surprise and terror spreading across my face.
"Oh huny," he teases, reaching within a couple inches from my face, "was I?" He smirks while turning and strutting back over to his throne-like seat. I stand there confused, scared, concerned.
"What is wrong with you? Why am I here?!" I scream walking over to him. In return, he turns, yet again, to face me, his eyes as black as the night sky.
"Well, you see, after you killed me, I just thought I would repay the favor." He emphasizes, stretching his arm into his dark cloak.
I step away in fear, "Kill you? I did nothing but sit, depressed when you were murdered! What the hell are you talking about?!" I defend myself as he faces me.
"Don't lie to me. You unleashed it! You unleashed it!!" He points coming at me.
"Cam! Stop! You're going crazy!" I put my arms up to block him from punching my face.
"You. Did. This!" He motions to his whole body in a sign of disgust.
"I did nothing to you! I love you too much to do so!" I cover my mouth, regretting my decision on saying that out loud.
He stands there lost, defeated. "Uuhhhhggg!!!" He yells/groans. Just then, he jolts, quickly, like a glitch. Then, he's back to his normal self.
Sitting down slowly, he breaks out in sobs, so loud that they echo throughout the whole cave. Walking over to his side, I carefully sit to his left, putting my arm around him as he turns to cry into my shoulder. I softly stroke through his dark, long hair. "Why...why!" He yells through tears.
Confused, I suggest an idea, "Cam, let's go home. Let's go home."
Nodding, I begin to stand up, dragging him with me. He helps me lift up Dustin and take him back to the truck. We throw him in the back and I jump in the driver's seat, keys in hand.Starting the engine, I begin to pull out of the little snow cove. Within 10 minutes, Cam's passed out, sprawled across the whole passenger seat. I slightly giggle at the sight and put my focus back on the road ahead of me.
Entering the freeway, I flip the radio to 97.2 and jam out. The normal, usual songs play, repeating themselves 2 or 3 times, until a new one plays, my favorite.
I drove by all the places we used to hang out getting wasted
I thought about our last kiss, how it felt, the way you tasted
And even though your friends tell me you're doing fineA tear runs down my face as I remember the first time Nash introduced me to this song, when 5SOS was brand new. I quickly reach my hand up to my face, wiping my memories away, trying to refrain from the old, dead ones.
I remember the day you told me you were leaving
I remember the make-up running down your face
And the dreams you left behind you didn't need them
Like every single wish we ever made
I wish that I could wake up with amnesia
And forget about the stupid little things
Like the way it felt to fall asleep next to you
And the memories I never can escape-Then the song suddenly becomes fuzzy and something new comes on. Confused I listen.
-"T!? THALIA HELP ME! HELP ME!! HELP ME PLEASE! I DONT WANT TO DIE! THEY'RE EVIL! EVIL!!!"
My tired and drowsy eyes shoot open in shock as cries from Nash appear from the other end of the stereo. I jolt the car to the side of the road with a stop.
"NASH!? NASH!"
"HELP ME! HELP ME! PLEASE, THALIA HELP ME!!! THEY'RE GONNA KILL-NO NO NO!! PLEASE!" He screams in terror as giant sobs escape his lips.
"WHERE ARE YOU!? NASH?!" I scream through heavy tears. Constantly hitting the small, car radio.
"I'M..." The cries and yells stop as he struggles to finish his sentence.
"WHERE ARE YOU, NASH?! TELL ME!"
A heavy sigh comes from him.
"I'm in hell."
