THALIA'S POV
"Wake up! We have to go now!" I wake up to a loud voice and darkness surrounding me. I'm forced up and out of my room in a matter of seconds. My dad's strict instructions were to take my bag and go out to the car and drive it to the airport along with Cam and Dustin.
I check the clock: 12:06 A.M. I run down the stairs with Cam trailing behind me with his stuff. We get out to the car and meet up with Dustin and load our gear into the jeep. My dad comes running out a couple minutes later.
"Here's some money just in case. I'll meet you at terminal 32 North. We meet at 2 since our flight is at 2:30. I have some work to do." He hands us his wallet and runs back into the house.
Dustin revs the engine as Cam and I scoot to the back seat. With our bags in the trunk and seat belts on, we begin our drive. I close my eyes and lay my head on Cam's shoulder and he puts his arms around me, comforting me. Before I know it, I pass out minutes later to the soft sound of the radio and the sound of Cam's beating heart.
CAM'S POV
It's 1:25 am when we finally arrive. I look down at Thalia who's head still remains on my shoulder. Dustin pulls the car into the nearby parking garage and parks on the first floor. Pulling out my earbuds, I carefully shake Thalia awake, untangling my hand from hers, and help Dustin out with the luggage.
We grab our things and catch the bus which takes us straight to the airport. We pay the driver a tip, grab our stuff, and walk into the building with about 15 minutes to walk around.
I look over at Thalia who looks like she's about to pass out and suggest that we get Starbucks since it was near our terminal. Speaking of which, where are we going anyways?
"Hey do you know where we're going?" I ask as I pay for the coffees. They look at each other with puzzled looks as they realize that none of us know why we are here, or where our destination is. We just followed orders.
"Our dad should be here soon anyways, we shouldn't worry about it," reassures Dustin.
We cruise around for a couple more minutes and decide its best that we head over.
We walk slowly through the almost empty airport and take multiple lefts and rights before we arrive. I tilt my head up to see the billboard with "Terminal 32 North" written in big, red digital letters. Below it was our destination. I looked in confusion as I saw the small state's name.
Virginia?
