I heaved Drake off me in an instant, smirking when I heard him grunt from the fall off of my bed. But my face fell when I saw who was in the door way.
"You two are at it already? I never thought you'd get along this well!" my father laughed and then turned on his heel to walk out of the room.
I gaped at the empty doorway. But then I remembered what Drake had just done. How dare he steal a kiss! I was Harry's and Harry was mine. There was no Drake in this at all.
"That went better than expected," Drake commented dusting non-existing particles off his pants.
"Get out," I growled dangerously. This boy had gone too far. He was going to be dead meat if he didn't leave now.
"But we were just getting started," he teased, oblivious to the rage radiating off of my body. My eyes narrowed to slits as he kept an easy smile on his face.
"Leave. Before I kill you."
The tone in my voice must have alarmed him because he held up his hands in surrender and backed away slowly. He stopped at the doorway as if waiting for me to stop him. Glowering and putting every ounce of hate I could muster into my expression, Drake must've finally gotten the message. The second he left my room I pounced onto the door and locked it.
I patted down all pockets until I found the one containing my phone. My fingers flew over the touchscreen and I put the phone over my ear, waiting to hear a certain voice.
"Hello?" a drowsy voice mumbled over the phone.
"Hey, it's me, I need you to come over quick," I hissed in a whisper. Didn't want anybody overhearing me.
"Why? It's like..." I could picture him checking his Rolex watch on his wrist, "almost midnight. What's wrong?"
"Bad news. But when you come over, you're going to have to climb in through my balcony."
"What why?"
"Just do it!"
"Nike," he chuckled before hanging up.
I shook my head at him. If only he knew what was going on, he wouldn't be able to joke around like this.
Searching through my closets, I found extra blankets and started tying them together to make a rope, like in Rapunzel, except with blankets and not hair. Okay, bad comparison, but whatever. After tying nearly thirty feet of blankets together, I wondered what I was going to do.
Of course I would tell Harry about my predicament and marriage, but then what? We run off into the sunset never to be seen by society again? I smiled at the idea. Harry and I, all day every day. We would have our own little house and we'd go on dates together every week. It'd be just like all those Disney movie endings. Cheesy and romantic, but bliss and perfection too.
But then I saw the big One Direction poster of the boys I'd hung up in my room not too long ago. Running off with Harry meant him losing his career, as well as killing off Louis, Niall, Liam, and Zayn's dreams too. I could never do that to him or any of the other boys.
Maybe we could date in secrecy, like behind Drake's back. But wasn't that infidelity? Punishable by death? Okay, maybe I was being a little dramatic, but I was pretty sure if anybody caught us, we'd at least have jail time or something.
I spent the next ten minutes coming up with ideas to make this work, because they're HAD to be a way. As the saying goes, If there's a will, there's a way.
