It's a day in Mystic Falls like everyone else. Maybe a bit more normal. Well, for me and my friends it's normal. In the morning Stefan called me. "Come as fast as you can to us." I tried to hurry up, but was still half asleep. I chose very quick an outfit that I really love to wear.

My parents were already at work when I walked down and my twin brother I couldn't see so that I thought he would still sleep. I write quick a note to him.
Hey, you idiot. I'm at the Salvatore house, if you wonder where I am. Love you.
He's sometimes an ass, but my other half and I'm very thankful to have him.
I walked out the door and right at the moment Caroline stoped with her car in front of me. "Do you wanna come with me?" "Stefan also called you?" She nodded. We laughed and I sat down next to her. The song 'Someone to you' was on the radio and I sang a bit. After some seconds she got in with and we sang so loud. I missed this times with her so much. "What do you think it's the problem now?" She thought a long time about it, but then she sad with a dismissive voice "Maybe Damon". I know that she doesn't really like him and she doesn't make a secret out of it. We arrived at the Salvatore house and if we had driven longer, she would have told me everything that upsets her about him.
We knocked on the door and only a few seconds later it opened. Stefan stood there and from the inside we heard the annoyed voice of Damon. "Nice that your finally here." He had his wierd smirk on. You can't discribe if he's happy, mad or just before to slit your carotid artery. "What is it this time?" Caroline was already annoyed, because she only saw Damons face. "Klaus and Elijah want to meet us tonight in the forest.-" Stefan began but Caroline interrupted him. "What do you mean with US?" And then Damon started to talk. "You Blondie, you y/hc, Stefan and me." I looked at her and she seemed to had the same thought. Klaus and Elijah? That can't mean anything good. They told us to come with them, because we are kind of loyal and they would need us for a plan or something like that.
We were the hole afternoon at their house. It was a bit wierd. Damon and Caroline didn't looked at each other and he also didn't talked to me. Otherwise we always got along well. I had no idea what's going on in his head and decided to seek a conversation later.
It gots later and as the dusk came we sat in thier car and drove to the forest. Nobody said a word. It was so quite that you could here a mosquito. When we arrived everyone of us got a flashlight. I was never here when it's dark. It was so scary and the wind didn't make it any better. Stefan and Car walked a little ahead and I tried to talk to Damon. "Is everything okay? You are so dismissive to me." "Y/n can we talk later? I don't have a head for it right now." He seemed to be pretty annoyed again and I wished I hadn't said anything. He walked a bit faster to the others and I tried to act cool. When we four were together Stefan said: "Stay all together. You never know what they were up to." He looked at everyone of us and waited for a reaction before we went. Sometimes it felt likes he's the dad of our friend group.
We stopped at a clearing (i'm not really sure if's the right word for that what I mean) and we looked a few times around but nobody was there. We thought it was a trape, but then the two Mikaelsons walked up to us. From a distance you could hear Klaus's voice calling: "Look at that, Elijah. I didn't think you would really come." Now they stood in font of us. Both of them got a smirk on their face and looked at Caroline and me. Their looks were disgusting. Elijah spoke up to Damon and Stefan: "You know why we're here." It was confusing, but I tried to understood everything. "We know. Stefan give it to them, then we can go." He took a box out of his jacket. I think it was a necklace or a ring, but I couldn't really see it. Klaus and Elijah looked happy and triumphantly at each other. A few minutes passed and Klaus leaned to the ear of his brother and wispered something in it. The other four of us looked questioned and Stefan said: "We will go now." And made a head movement in the direction of the car. We turned around and wanted to leave as soon as possible, but then a hand grabbed my arm and pulled me with high speed further into the forest.
I was so overhelmed with this situation that I couldn' t say more than: "What the fuck?" He pushed me against a tree and liftet my chin up, so that I looked into his eyes. "Don't do anything that makes me angry." If I remember correctly, he tried to kiss me?! I was so in shock that I couldn't move or do anything until someone came from the other side and oushed him out of the way. He grabbed me and ran with high speed to the car. I heard Carolines voice who said: "Are you okay?" I nodded a bit and sat down in the car. We drove really fast back to the Salvatore house where Damon put me right away into a bed. I laied down and his voce softed a bit: "Take a rest first." He sat on the edge of the bed and stroked a strand from my face. His warm hand was so long on my face until I felt asleep.
When I woke up he wasn't there. I could understand this, it was already 1 am. I stood up and walked downstairs, in the living room and hoped that the fireplace was still on. "Damon?" He turned around with the Bourbon in his hands, which I took out of them. "Why are you still here?" I asked him after we sat down on the couch. He didn't say anything or looked in my eyes. He was never like this before and I really wanted to know why. He's always a person who say's what he thinks and to see him like that brokes my heart. I grabbed carefully his hand at which he smiled a bit. That also let me smile. We didn't say anything for a long time. The energy of the hands were enough at the moment, before he slowly started to talk. "I don't know what was that today." I looked really questioned and this time he saw it, because he looked up in my eyes. I could lose myself everytime in his brown eyes. "It wasn't fair to be like this to you. I was so dismissive to you and to see you like that really hurt me, but maybe its the better way.." The better way. What did he mean? "Y/n, you are such a great and lovely person. You don't hurt anyone or something like that and then there's me. I am the discription of an bad and bloodthirsty vampire. Everyone hates me and wants that I'm as far away from you as possible." I could see the pain in his eyes. "I don't care what people think. I know that you aren't so. You are a kind and maybe a bit agressive person.-" He laughed a bit. "But it's you. And I really love your personality." After this sentence the tension between us was magic. I never really saw him like this time. He was so close to me and everything felt so perfect. He put a strand behind my ear and softly leaned in to a kiss. When his lips touched mine the time stopped. My stomach was full of butterflies and this night was the best of my life.
Thats the story how Damon and I became couple. ________________________
