It was a normal day. We had school and it felt even more boring than other days. I hadn't any lessons with my friends and it felt like it would never end.
The bell rang. 'Finally..!' I walked out of the room and looked around for my friends. All of them sat on the couch, talked and laughed. The first one who saw me was Abby. She's like my best friend since my first day here. "There you are! We haven't seen you today." She looked more even more happier when I sat down next to her. "Okay. You all know, this weekend is my 16th birthday and my parents aren't at home. That means we can have a party." Nobody said anything. "Music, Snacks, Boys, Girls and Alcohol." On every face was formed a smile and then they looked at me. "Is that a yes?" Abby, Maxine and Nora said at the same time "Yes". Now I also smiled and heard a man voice behind us. "What 'Yes' ?" Maxine started to talk without seeing who it is. She was more hyped than anyone else. "Y/n makes a party to her 16th birthday. It's gonna be awesome. She always makes the best." The boys got a big smirk on their face and I know that they would ask if rhey could come. "You all can also come." They told us that they will bring some alcohol and we all thought that's a good point.
Abby, Maxine, Nora and I walked after school to my home. We were alone. My older brother would come home later and my parents aren't in the city. We chose music, cleaned a bit and chose our outfits for tomorrow. We all were in a good mood. Abby walked through the living room in her skirt and shirt, when the house door opened and 3 boys came laughing in. "..It was epic!" I heard my brothers voice and they came straight to us. "What are you doing here?" They asked us questioned. Abby was really quiet and tried to hide herself. "We're planning my birthday tomorrow.?" Now a friend of him, Jason, looked at me. "Aw. Your little sister is turning 16." I laughed a bit at him. I knew him for so long and he's like every week here, so it was really normal for me. "Can we come?" He asked. My brother, Luke, poked him in the side. "It's okay. Of course you can." After a while they went upstairs and Maxine and Nora decided to went home. Abby slept at my place at this night.
Around 11 pm we were in my room with some alcohol and food. "What was that? I mean why were you so quite earlier?" She didn't looked me in the eyes, but I could see that she blushed a bit. And I knew what was the reason for. "Oh come on. Which one of the boys was it?" She looked up and was a bit suprised. "Erm.. Maybe, your brother." Now I was suprised. I never really realized that before. But when I thought about it, she looked really often at him and was often quiet when he's near.
We couldn't talk about it anymore because at midnight Luke and Jason stormed into my room and screamed: "Happy Birthday." It was kinda wierd and you could see that they were drunk. I brought them back to Luke's room and when I came back Abby fall asleep.
Next Morning/Day We woke up around 12 am and the boys only when we were a bit louder with all the stuff we had to do.
One hour before the other people came, I styled my hair, put on some make up and of course my dress. It was the prettiest i've ever seen.

Right now after I was ready the door bell rang. It were Maxine and Nora. "Happy Birthday y/n!" They gave me two presents and were in such a good mood. That's gonna be nice. A bit later it rang again and more & more people came. Marcus, Hunter,.. Also some of Luke's friends that I know. It was so fun. Maxine has thought of games. Mainly drinking games, but it was okay so was everyone still in a good mood. The boys brought some strong alcohol that we used for. Most of them couldn't take much, but I did. It wasn't something very special.
After some drinks I walked a bit away of the crowd of people. I love all of them, but at this moment I needed a few minutes for myself. But I wasn't very long alone. Jason sat down next to me with a drink in his hand and held it in front of me like 'do you want?' I shooked my head and I realized that he was only a few centimeters away from me. He put his drink away and looked me deep in my eyes. "You look really beautiful." I smiled at him. Before I could say anything else he put a strand of hair behind my ear and kissed me. Its not like it wasn't good, but he is the best friend of my brother. During the longer kiss I heard a loud snap. I broke up and saw in the face of Maxine. Was she in love with him? Or was she just suprised? I don't know. I stood up and walked towards her, but she ran away.
I stood there like 'what the fuck?'. I looked around and tried to found her, but Abby told me that she ran out the door sobbing. I didn't understood anything. But then I got the idea to ask Marcus if he could take me to their house. "Erm. Yes of course. Better I don't ask why." He laughed and was right. I didn't want to explain and grabbed only a jacket before we left. Their house was only a few streets away of ours, so we walked there. On the way I got a few messages of Jason.
Jason Where are you? I think we need to talk. Hello? Answer me.
I ignored everyone of them. Before I would answer, I needed to talk to Maxine. That was more important than answering him.
10 minutes later we were there and Marcus unlocked the door. I said a fast "Thank you" and ran upstairs. I knew where her room is, because we had a lot of meets here. I knocked a few times, but no one answered so I decided to opened it and I could see a sobbing Maxine who tried to wipped all of her tears away. I walked in and closed the door. With a calm voice I said: "You don't need to hide it. It's okay." I sat down next to her and took a cloth to wipe away her tears. She smiled short, before the situation became again seriously. "I don't wanted to hurt you in any way. If you're in love with him you, then you should have said something." Her eyes were full of pain and this hurt me so much more. But to my astonishment, she started to shook her head. Now I was really confused. What did she mean? "It's not he.." She started and I looked very questioned at her. She grabbed a piece of her shirt and played with it. "I don't know how to say it. Erm.. I-it's you." My eyes widened immediatly. That couldn't be true or real. "You are to everyone so sweet and your personality is kinda like gold. I'm in love with every part of you." She spoke so fast, bit I still could understood her. I never realized that she prefers girls. A part of me felt the same for her. But that I never realized until this moment. The kiss and only be with Jason felt so wrong, but with Maxine it was different. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. After one or two minutes I said: "I feel the same way for you." She smiled so much, it looked like she wouldn't ever stop. And me too. She scooted closer and looked so deep into my eyes that I felt right so many butterflies in my stomach. Of which I got more when we started to kiss. It felt magic. And I really hoped it would never end.
I stayed the hole night there and didn't cared about the people who were at my house.
