Chapter two

Hey domino's I was trying to post every day but that clearly isn't working. By the way when end of year testing comes around I'll be gone for a while but I'll let you know when them at happens.

The next day came quicker than expected and luz was ready to make some new friends. Eda had dropped her off early so she could get a better look at the school and meet some people. Luz found that to be very easy when she literally ran into someone

HEY!! The girl said

Sorry I wasn't paying attention luz apologized while helping the girl pick up her stuff

After getting everything picked up luz finally got a chance to get a look at her

The girl had green hair with brown roots
And She was clearly in the abomination track

Sorry again luz finally said grabbing the girls attention

Be careful next time she said before she started to walk away

Luz tried to catch the girls attention again but it was no use she was clearly ignoring her.

Luz walked to her locker only to find two other girls one was tall had pink hair that was pulled up into a neat bun she was wearing a yellow uniform and had three eyes. Luz recognized her from a couple of her classes but she couldn't remember her name
The other girl was much shorter her hair was short and black she was wearing a green uniform and had round glasses.
As luz got closer she could hear more of what they were saying but she never heard the short girl talk she only heard the taller one and she wasn't saying the nicest things.

Hey luz said walking up to them

They both looked at her the tall one looked annoyed while the shorter one didn't really have a readable expression

Um your blocking my locker

The black haired girl let out a small giggle while the other girl just rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything.

Well that one way yo do it luz thought as she went to open the locker

Thanks for that luz heard the girl say

No problem but I didn't really do much she said in response

The two girls started talking and they found out they had a couple classes together including lunch. Soon the bell rang and they went to class.

Later on there way to lunch luz meet one of willows friends Gus
They all got lunch then went to sit down
Weird amity should be here by now willow said

Luz figured amity was willows other friend she had told her about and she seemed like a nice girl from what she had heard
But to her surprise no one else showed up except the tall girl from earlier when she came to introduce herself As boscha and before she left she stuck a small piece of gum in willows hair

Hey luz shouted getting Boschas attention again but willow quickly pulled her back down and told her not to worry about it.
The three finished eating then Gus left them so he could get to his club and the two girls went to the bathroom to get the gum out.

My parents are going to be so mad if I come home with gum in my hair again willow stated as slowly picked the sticky pink gum out of her hair.

Luz stood quickly behind her trying to get the feathers that had showed up on her upper arm to go away before anyone saw
I'm gonna kill her luz said under her breath unfortunately willow heard her
Dont do that luz it's not that bad see willow said hold up the pieces of gum and then throwing it away
Now come on we're gonna be late she said walking out of the bathroom

After school luz walk part way home with her new friends then had to part when she came to the Small path in the woods

Hey hooty luz said grabbing the door handle
Be careful luz the owl said before she opened the door all the way
She was confused by what he said but walked in anyway
As she shut the door the house shook making luz fall over
That's not right she thought her thoughts were cut short when she heard a loud screeching and a small scream most likely coming from king
Luz then knew what was happening and went to go find him

She ran upstairs trying not to lose her balance as she felt the house shaking once again. Once she got upstairs she started opening and closing doors as quiet as she could. She soon found king hiding in a closet and went to hide with him. She cast a small light spell so they could see

King what's going on

It's eda I think she forgot to take her elixir

Is she

The owl beast. Yes

Shoot stay here I'll deal with it do you have one on you

Ya here king said handing her the small bottle then pointing at her arm
Luz look

Well that helpful

Is that joke or are you serious this time

Just stay here

Luz got up and shut the closet door leaving the light spell with king

EDAAAA luz shouted trying to get her close
It didn't take long for the house to start shaking again and she saw eda in her owl beast form running full speed for her
Shooot luz said scrambling to get up and started running
Come on come on luz said looking the feather on her arm as she ran for her life
Eventually she thought of boscha and how she was treating her new friend and the feathers grew bigger and started to spread
Soon luz found herself trapped in a corner.
Come luz focus she said to herself and soon she was in her owl form as well. Making eda stop
Her pitch black eyes stared at luz as the much smaller owl beast walked toward her.

Eda shot up in her bed with a terrible headache and she felt like she had just woken up from a horrible nightmare.
Are you ok she heard luz ask from the door way

Ya I guess I just forgot to take my elixir eda said as she watched the girls walk over and sit on the edge of her nest. How bad was it this time she asked

Not to bad you didn't break anything to big just small things luz answered

It was then when eda noticed two slash marks on luzs cheek.
She slowly sat up unnoticed by the girl who was still rambling on
Eda slowly touched luz cheek only for the girl to flinch back in pain.

Luz eda said after moments of silence

It's not as bad as it looks eda I promise
It was my fault I tried something stupid and-

I'm sorry luz eda said cutting her off

I promise it's not that bad now you get some rest I'll clean up luz said walking out of the room.

Eda sighed and laid back down but she couldn't stop thinking about it
She figured it had happened while luz was in her owl Beast form cause they looked a bit smaller than they usually would be. Eda was soon lost in her thoughts tell she heard the door open again
She sat up and saw king peeking in.
When he saw her he ran in a gave her a big hug. Then they both fell asleep.
