(Time Skip to the Holiday Break)

Jay's sitting on the floor (rocking from right to left) in the Hufflepuff Common room. It's the first day of holiday break and he's glad that managed to not strangle the life out ofMalfoy before he left. For the week before the holidays started Malfoy had been spewing garbage about how, "He feels so sorry for everyone who has to stay because they're not wanted at home."

Jay would've beat the shit out ofMalfoy if he weren't so small.

Well, I mean, he would anyways but Vyla was there so he and Draco pretended to be friends.

"Jay!" Sadie yells flopping on the couch next to him.

She blushed then covered her mouth, it's way past when they're supposed to be in bed, and yelling would give them away.

"Are you ready to go?" She whispers between giggles.

Jay sighed, "Why do I let you do this? I feel like you're involving me in crime, and I let you. Why do I let you?"

"Hush, you're being a baby." Sadie punches his shoulder.

"OW!" Jay shoves her away.

She sticks her tongue out.

"Fuck you." He growls.

Sadie rolls her eyes, "Come on let's go."

She pulls on his arm forcing him up.

They're slowly making their way through the labyrinth that is Hogwarts. They're on the third floor? Maybe? They've gone up and down too many flights of stairs.

"Let's go in here." She whispers pointing towards another storage room.

"Can't we just go to bed Sadie? We've been at this for hours." Jay groans.

"No, we ha-" She gasps and drags Jay into the storage room across the hall. "Filch is out there.."

She looks like she's seen a ghost -well if a ghost would surprise her.

"Shit, do you think she saw us?" Jay asks, referencing Filch's cat, making sure the door is closed.

"No, it was only his cat but they're always together."

They look at each other in pure panic.

As their hearts pound and adrenaline pumps through their veins, they turn around searching for something to hide behind.

The only thing in the room is a large mirror with an intricate frame.

"Do you think that's it?" Jay whispers, as they walk deeper into the room.

"Of course it is! You dipshit. What other mirror would it be!" She whisper-shouts.

, "I don't know, the mirror of dumb asses. It exclusively attracts jerks."

They step in front of the mirror at the same time.

What Jay see's throws him completely off balance. It's him, but he's older... much older. He looks around the age of his mother, and on his shoulder is an older... well person... older guy. He kind of looks like a mix between Malfoy and Justin. Well and older versions of them.

There's a child next to them too, around three, maybe?

"What do you see?" Sadie whispers, still staring into the mirror.

"Uh... I don't know." He responds.

"What do you mean you don't know?"

"I mean, I don't know."

Sadie rolls her eyes, "Well can you describe it?"

"Sure," Jay shrugged as he described what he saw in the mirror, "there's me, well an older me another guy and a kid."

Sadie raised an eyebrow, "Do you know what that means?"

"Nope."

"What about you? What do you see?" Jay asks, still staring into the mirror.

"Well, I see me but I'm not a werewolf." She says blatantly.

Jay finally breaks eye contact with the mirror and sharply turns to Sadie, "You're a werewolf?"

She looks to the ground, "Yeah, since I was two or so."

"That's fucking cool bro!"

"Not really, it's kind of debilitating."

"Oh, well is there any way I can help?"

"No, there's no cure." She sighs. "It sucks though, without animals around when I'm a werewolf I beat myself up."

Sadie lifts her shirt to reveal her stomach, "That's what these scars are from." Then she lifts up her hair to show another one across the back of her neck.

"They never fade, they'll stay that pink forever." She pulls up her sleeves, where a bite mark is. "That's where I was bit."

"Oh. I'm so sorry, Sadie." He pulls Sadie into a tight hug.

They stay in the hug for a long moment.

"Thank you." Sadie whispers as she pulls away from the hug.

"For what?" Jay tilts his head like a dog.

"Not freaking out, a lot of wizards freak out and hate werewolves." She sighs and holds herself in her arms, "It scared me coming to Hogwarts, I didn't want people finding out."

He doesn't say anything, they sit in a not good but not awkward silence.

"We... we should go back now." Sadie says quietly.

"Yeah, it's probably late."
