"Come on y/n you haven't been out in FOREVRRRR" Bolin whined
The group came to your penthouse, down the street from Lin's, to ask you to come to the club with them.
"Exactly, this is the one time the boomers are coming too, so we should make the most of it!!" Akenma, Lin's eldest son had exclaimed.
You all refer to Tenzin, Kya, Bumi, Suyin, Lin, and everyone above age 40 as 'Boomers.' Mainly as an inside joke between the younger crew. You and Lin weren't together. But everyone knew you two were pinning for each other. So of course everyone was desperate to get you and Lin in the same club.
"I don't know guys-." You tried to come up with a reason to not go.
"Come on Y/N you're our party girl!! We can't have a party if the life of the party isn't there to tear it up." Asami smirked.
"Pleaseeee bestie. We'll do anything" Akenma pouted. You knew he was going to push the limits between you and Lin tonight, and you weren't so opposed to the idea.
"Okay okay!! I'll go." You sighed in defeat. You could use the night out though.
Bolin punched the air in victory, "YEAHHH this is going to be so much fun!!! Oh and Y/N I heard the club plays your music often" He remarked before leaving.
"Everyone be at the club at 8 pm, Y/N they asked us to preform one of the songs, same one we did last time, so same routine. No we are not carpooling, I'm having drivers pick you up at 7:30, got it." Akenma listed off
Everyone nodded and went off on their way to get ready. Akenma stayed behind to ask you a few questions, making sure you were okay. He knew you had a rough week.
"Y/N, how are you holding up?" He looked down.
"I'm hanging in there, I could use the night out." You offered a smile.
"Alright, I'll leave you to get ready, I did leave an outfit for you on your bed, I already picked the Jewelry and the shoes." He gestured to your room and made his way to the double doors.
"Alright, thank you bestie" you smiled and got up to go shower.
You made your way from the living room to your bedroom. You decided on a penthouse when you went home searching, wanting something big enough for your whole team to enjoy when they come over for bonding nights. Of course you made headlines when people found out Republic Cities sweetheart was the youngest to close on a high class, expensive penthouse.
You look at everything Akenma laid out for you. I'll definitely be turning some heads tonight. You chuckled to yourself. Your eyes ran over the bright orange dress. Orange Kenma....really? You hesitated on the colour so you called him back. (Visuals below)
