~Seto's POV~

"What-" I paused as I woke up, confused. I looked around.

Nothing. All I could see was darkness.

"Hello?" I asked, hearing my voice echo.

I waved my arms around, trying to feel for a wall so I could stand up.

No wall.

I stood up anyway, almost falling over, not realizing how weak I was. I tried walking around but I couldn't feel the floor. I didn't know if I was even moving.

I used my magic to summon a light orb. I held it in my hand and waved it around to see if it would reveal anything. The only thing it revealed was the color of my magic.
Instead of light purple, it was dark, dark purple. Almost black.

"Holy sh*t." I muttered, confused why my magic was like that.

Ignoring that, I moved the light orb to the floor, only to learn that there was no floor. Well, I was either floating or my light was so dim, that it made it look like that.

"Where am I?" I yelled, hoping someone would hear me.

No answer.

"Fine! I'll just teleport myself out, since you insist on hiding!" I yelled angrily, knowing that it would take a lot of energy.

I cleared my mind and thought about where I wanted to go.

The Team Crafted house.

I pictured every detail of the living room, watching the darkness slowly fade into some walls, carpet, and furniture. Finally, everything was solid and clear, signalling that the teleportation had worked.

Exhausted from all the energy I had used, I fell to my knees.

Someone must've heard me, because loud footsteps came from the hallway.

"What- S-Seto?" Jason asked hesitantly. "You're back already? You just left a couple of minutes ago." He clapped his hands over his mouth, as if he didn't mean to say that. "S-Sorry for asking." He said, once he took his hands away from his mouth.

I raised an eyebrow, confused as hell. "I left a couple of minutes ago?" I asked, finding enough strength to stand up.

"Y-Yes, you went somewhere." He stuttered.

"I did? Wha-"

"You didn't t-tell us, though." He said, cutting me off. Suddenly, he threw his hands up, shielding himself. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to interrupt you!" He said quickly. "Please don't hurt me!"

"What- Jason, why would I hurt you for interrupting me?" I asked, noticing something was wrong with this scene.

"Y-You always do." He said, slowly putting down his hands.

"Why?"

"I-I don't know. But you tell me 'It's not polite to interrupt' and p-punch me." He explained. "L-Look." He rolled up his left sleeve, revealing a large bruise.

"And I did that?"

He nodded.

"Um, okay..." I muttered. "When did I do it?" I asked, pointing to at the bruise.

"Yesterday."

'I was working with Dawn yesterday.' I thought. 'After I was done, I fell asleep... Then, Skybrine came in and tossed me over to Herobrine...'

'He must've done this.'

"Okay, um, where's the rest of the Team?" I asked, wondering if he had messed with them, too.

"Ty, Jerome, Ian, and Quentin went to the store. Mitch is laying in bed." Jason said, counting on his fingers as he said the names. "And I think Adam is at the homeless shelter, reading to the orphans."

I snorted. "That's a joke, right?"

"N-No."

'Okay, something must've happened when I teleported here, because Adam was Skybrine was the last time I was here.'

"Why is Mitch in bed?" I asked, changing the subject.

"Sick. Y-You can go check on him if you want."

I nodded, walking down the hallway. Eventually, I found a door with a small picture of Mitch and his brother, Connor, hugging. I noticed that the edges of the door were iced over, like someone tried to freeze the door shut.

I ignored those signs and twisted the doorknob, but it didn't budge. I tugged on the door even more, but it still didn't open.

Finally, I just decided to do the logical thing.

I kicked the door open, making it hit the floor with a loud thud. I would've been surprised if he didn't wake up.

I looked around and saw Mitch on his bed, laying on his back. He mumbled something and turned onto his stomach.

I walked in silently, but somehow, Mitch heard me and immediately sat up. I noticed that his eyes were ice blue, instead of his normal brown eyes.

"Mitch-"

Before I could ask, a giant cube of ice circled around Mitch and then turned solid, forming a small sphere of ice, protecting him.

"How-"

"I'm s-sick, Seto. P-Please!" He pleaded, backing himself into the furthest corner of the ice sphere. "I wouldn't want to get you s-sick. P-Plus, I don't need your fist to the face to make me feel horrible. I already d-do.

'Fist? I beat Mitch up, too?!' I thought, thinking back when Jason said I gave him the bruises.

"Why would I hurt you?" I questioned.

"I d-don't know. That's the question I've been asking myself this whole t-time." He paused, somehow, making the ice cage disappear. He grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around himself. "'Why is he beating me up?', 'Why is he acting like this?' 'W-Why does he look like he-he's enjoying this?'" Mitch said, laying back down.

"I don't know, myself. I don't even remember any of this ever happening. I wasn't even here when this happened. I was at-" I paused. "Nevermind."

Mitch sat back up. "S-So, you're normal now?"

"Yes?"

"And you won't hurt me?"

"No?"

Mitch sighed, laying back down. "Thank god. The other guys will be happy."

"I beat them up, too?"

"Yes, all but A-Adam. He usually stood up for u-us and himself."

'Wow, Sky- Adam is the good guy for once.' I thought. 'It's like I'm in an-' I stopped, mentally putting all the pieces together.

Oh my god.

I'm in an alternate universe.

Herobrine put me in an alternate universe.
