Chapter 16

~(A) Adam's POV~

"Dawn?" The other Seto asked. "Are you from the normal world?"

The girl, Dawn, nodded. She opened her mouth to say something, but Jerome cut her off.

"That's Dawn?!" He asked loudly.

The other Seto nodded, and motioned for Dawn to continue.

"Look, long story short, I can teleport you back to the normal world." She said.

"You're going to take me back to your father, aren't you?" The other Seto asked.

"No, actually, I'm not. I'm not going to help him anymore." She confessed.

"Took you long enough." A deep, unknown voice said from behind us. "When did you realize that he was evil?"

All of us turned around and saw a teenage guy, probably in his late teens, leaning against the door frame, smirking. He was skinny, but still looked like he would take you out if he wanted. The brown-haired, green eyed teenager wore a black t-shirt, a black cap that was turned backwards, and blue jeans. His black t-shirt showcased a tattoo on his right arm that was of a forest. There was something above the forest, but it looked to be in another language.

He looked at us and then around us and waved at Dawn, smiling. "Hello." He said in the deep voice that did not match his appearance.

"You're... alive." She smiled back. She stood up and cautiously walked over to the guy, trying not to step on the glass from the window she had broken. We moved out of the way as she approached us.

She hugged him tightly and he hugged her back. "I missed you so much." She said, laying her face on his shoulder.

"I missed you too." The guy replied, softly patting her on the back. After a couple of seconds, they stopped hugging.

"Who are you?" Jerome finally asked.

"Oh, yeah. You are probably very confused." He said, laughing nervously. "Let me introduce myself. I'm Jordan, Dawn's younger brother."

I looked at Dawn, then looked at 'Jordan', trying to find the resemblances.

Dawn, who had blue eyes, was taller than Jordan, whereas he had dark green eyes. Their faces didn't look alike either.

"They don't even look alike." Jerome whispered to Seto, reading my thoughts.

"If you're Dawn's brother..." The other Seto thought out loud, but trailed off.

Jordan nodded. "Yeah, I'm..." he paused as a nervous look appeared on his face. "I'm... His youngest child."

"Who's 'youngest child'?" Mitch asked cautiously, still stuck in a cube of ice.

"Herobrine's." Jordan said, smiling nervously. "I'm Herobrine's son."

No one said anything for a minute or two until the other Seto spoke up.

"If you're Herobrine's son, why have I never heard of you?" He asked.

"I ran away when I was 15 after I realized that he was evil. I don't know how you didn't hear of me." Jordan shrugged.

"He said you did something 'horrible' and 'banished' you for treason." Dawn said, making air quotes at the words 'horrible' and 'banished'. "I didn't know you ran away."

Jordan nodded at his sister and then looked back at the other Seto. "I can prove it if you still don't believe me."

"I do, but go ahead." The other Seto said.

Jordan closed his eyes tightly. His hands started shaking and he balled them into a fist. After a couple of seconds, he stopped shaking, unclenched his fists, and opened his eyes, which now had no irises and glowed white.

"Believe me now?" Jordan asked, a smile creeping onto his face. The rest of us nodded in response.

"How did you get here?" Dawn asked.

"Teleported." Jordan responded as his eyes slowly returned to their normal dark green color. "And I knew you were going to be here because... well, my other friend can see the future."

"Why did you come?" The other Seto asked.

"I want to help you." Jordan said, pointing at the other Seto.

"Help? With what?" The other Seto asked, a puzzled look appearing on his face.

"Help you take out Herobrine."
