I still can't believe it.
I had to wait a week, until Violets letter arrived, but when it did, I finally held the train ticket in my hand. At that moment I realized, the whole thing is real. And I am about to see her again.

Just by the thought, my heart races and I close my eyes, imagining her greeting me.

My crush on her really is a huge thing.
Is it even considered a crush?

So now, I am laying in bed, trying to not think of tomorrow and finally get some rest.

Easier said than done. A frustrated sigh escapes my lips and I turn on the light on my nightstand. The shine illuminates the room and I can see pretty good, even though the lamp is fairly small.

Because of that, I hope the teachers, still running around, won't see the light from outside.

Since I can't sleep, I might as well do some useful and necessary things.
Packing my bags.

My original plan was, to pack up in the morning, but there is nothing else to do right now.

I can't possibly concentrate enough to read a book.
While I think of books, I immediately walk towards my little bookshelf with the few books I own.
Obviously, I don't want to forget them, so I slide them into the tiny spaces on the inner side of my suitcase.

After my books, I fold my clothes and try to fit everything into the case as neat as possible. There are just a few things left, which will stay in my bag, to better reach them, when I'm on the train.

Not even an hour goes by and I am done with packing. Now I am bored again. Although I do feel a slight sleepiness washing over me and I settle down in bed again.

Eventually I fell asleep last night and got the right amount of sleep. Since I feel refreshed in the morning, happy to start this eventful day.

First things first, getting ready and cleaning my room, by changing the bedsheets and get rid of any kind of trash rolling around.

My suitcase and backpack will stay in my room, while I go for my last breakfast at this place.

The food seems to be better today than ever.
Shortly after I finish off eating, the announcement for the upcoming "ceremony" echoes through the speakers.

Fortunately, it is not really a ceremony. The only requirement is to wear our usual school uniform and be in time.

So that is what I do. I am on my way and enter the big room just on time. Many people already sitting on their chair, are talking with one another.

I choose a random empty chair and now we all wait for the headmaster to give a little speech, give everyone their certification with their grade on it.
Then we can go, as soon as the last handshake with the woman upfront is done.

As fast as I can, I leave the room and almost feel like flying to my room.

In just thirty minutes my train will arrive at the station and I still have to walk to the town to catch it.
Another reason why I am trying to leave so fast is, that I don't want to see Amy. She will probably do anything to ruin my day.

Before going out I change into normal clothes and out of the uniform, which I am able to leave here.

Who wants to keep these clothes anyway?

The bag on my back and the suitcase in my left hand, I already stand outside the building.

One last glance at the building, that I lived in for years to study and learn. Then I walk through the little forest to the gate and leave the place behind me. Probably forever.

The walk doesn't take long and I almost hop like a bunny with enthusiasm and happiness visible in every step I take.

I guess this is a restart of my life.
