Jiang Cheng's team is on a mission today so basically, it's only Nie Huiasang and the others are in the station.
They have a new police officer from Gusu Lan Police Station which is Lan Xichen and Lan Wangji.
"Everyone this is Police Officer Lan Xichen and Police Officer Lan Wangji from Gusu Lan Police Station. They'll be working with you from now on." Their Chief said with a happy voice.
Lan Xichen smiled at everyone as he say hello while Lan Wangji just keep his unreadable expression. Nie Huiasang continue his works as he have no other reason to keep entertaining their new police officers.
After a half hour of working, Jiang Cheng together with Wei Wuxian and Nie Mingjue came back. As well as their team. They have succeeded the mission. Everyone congratulated them, even Lan Xichen who is still new here.
"Glad you're already here. Good job and Officer Jiang follow me as well as you Officer Lan." The chief uttered.
Jiang Cheng got confused but still followed him. When they got to the chief's office, the chief smiled to them. "Officer Jiang, this is Lan Xichen. He will be you new partner" Jiang Cheng widen his eyes in disbelief. "What do you mean?" Jiang Cheng asked
"I used to work alone, why do I need to have a partner?" The chief still keep up a smile but deep inside he feels trouble at Jiang Cheng's reaction.
"That's an order, Officer Jiang. Wether you like it or not" Lan Xichen look over to Jiang Cheng but Jiang Cheng rolled his eyes.
He saluted with annoyed expression and then left instantly. He even bang the door.
"Don't mind him, he's always like that. You can go now" Lan Xichen saluted and left the office.
