The water engulfed her in a wave, and she swam up to the surface, coughing up the water she accidentally inhaled. Her sword was thrown in after her, so she grabbed it and placed it back over her shoulders, sword down at her hip. Looking ahead towards the island, she saw Jack attempting to remove his bonds, for Barbossa didn't release his hands. Swimming up next to him, she lightly grabbed hold of his hands.
"Here, let me." she said, treading the water and she undid the rope.
"Thank you, luv." Jack said, and they both swam towards the shore.
Elizabeth had already reached the beach and was climbing out of the water. Jack and (Y/n) soon followed. They turned around to watch the Pearl shrink away in the distance.
"That's the second time I've had to watch that man sail away with my ship." Jack said solemnly, yet angrily.
Elizabeth walked to (Y/n)'s side and said, "I'm going to walk around the island." (Y/n) nodded, and watched Lizzie walk away. It was obvious she did not like Jack Sparrow very much.
Speaking of whom, Jack had begun taking off a few bits of his clothing, including his brown vest and boots. Jack looked to the girl next to him, and nodded to her boots. (Y/n) sighed, but took off her boots nonetheless and placed them next to Jack's that were sitting on two sticks, sitting down next to him in the white sand. He now sat in his off-white shirt with his feet in the sand, examining his pistol. He took the small metal bullet out of the barrel and looked at it, raising it up. Elizabeth soon returned, sooner than expected, and looked at her footprint in the sand from when she started her walk around the island.
"It's really not all that big, is it?" Jack asked her, not looking up from his pistol.
Elizabeth turned to him, angry, and said, "If you're going to shoot me, please do so without delay."
"Elizabeth!" (Y/n) scolded, getting up to stand next to the girl, giving her a pointed look. Elizabeth looked at her best friend, her annoyance for the pirate in front of them evident.
"Is there a problem between us, Miss Swann?" Jack asked, lowering his gun.
"You were going to tell Barbossa about Will in exchange for a ship." Elizabeth hissed.
"We could use a ship!" Jack stated as obvious. "The fact is I was going to not tell Barbossa about bloody Will in exchange for a ship because as long as he didn't know about bloody Will, I had something to bargain with. Which now no one has, thanks to bloody, stupid Will!" He got up from his seat on the sand.
Elizabeth, realizing she was wrong, looked to (Y/n) , slightly guilty, then looked to the ground and muttered, "oh...".
"Oh." Jack mocked, shoving his pistol in his belt.
"He still risked his life to save ours." Elizabeth said, truthfully.
"Ah!" Jack exclaimed, and walked towards the trees.
"So we have to do something to rescue him!" Elizabeth and (Y/n) followed him.
"Off you go, then! Let me know how that turns out." Jack shooed them with his arms, and stormed off towards the grasses.
"But you were marooned on this island before, weren't you? So we can escape in the same way you did then!" (Y/n) claimed, running up next to him.
"To what point and purpose?" Jack hissed, turning to face her. "The Black Pearl is gone. And unless you have a rudder and lot of sails hidden in those bodices..." he looked (Y/n) up and down slightly, to which she gaped at him, "unlikely... young Mr. Turner will be dead long before you can reach him."
