Life savers (a Rhett and Link fanfic)

"I set fire to the rain...."

Sophie facetimes Lizzy with tear filled eyes and mascara running down her face.

"Sophie!!!! How is Paris?!!!" Exclaims Lizzy.

"H-horrible..." says Sophie.

Lizzy cocks her head and looks into Sophie's eyes.

"Wait... look into the camera hole for a sec." Says Lizzy.

Sophie looks into the camera.

Lizzy gasps.

"Amazing!" Says Lizzy.

"What?!"

"YO LINK!! COME HERE!!" yells Lizzy to Link.

"What?" Asks Link.

"Come here!" ,Says Lizzy,"Look right there. In her eyes."

"Okay." Says Link as he looks into her brown-green eyes.

"What is going on?" Asks Sophie.

"Magnificent! I see-"says Link.

"Souls!" Lizzy rudely interrupts.

"What?!" Says Sophie wiping away her tears.

"It's gone!" ,Says Lizzy,"It must only happen when she cries. I'll leave you two alone to talk.

"It's magnificent how that happens...." says Link.

"Yeah." Says Sophie as she starts to cry.

"Whats wrong Sophie?!"

Sophie takes out the paper that the mean girl threw at her. She holds it up to the camera. It says: Ugly b*tch

"WHAT?!!!!!! WHO WROTE THESE?!!!!" yells Link.

"The mean girls at school."

"THAT IS SO BRUTAL!!!! THEY WILL PAY!!!" Yells Link.

Sophie grabs the other ones that say: "Ugly, stupid, nerd, mean, worthless, and meaningless" and shows them to Link.

"C-can I please sing you a song?" Asks Sophie.

"Of course you can love." Says Link.

Sophie stands up and grabs her microphone. She starts to sing.

"I'm so tired of being here

Suppressed by all my childish fears

Sophie sings. She points to the cut and bruises on her face.
