"You have Thalassemia" the doctor then explained to me that my body was making less hemoglobin, and so on and so on, but the treatment for it was a blood transfusion, which the blood had to be given from a donor. After explaining and telling me when the transfusion was going to happen, I would stay for a bit more then I should be on my way home. Gerard and I were ecstatic, I couldn't believe it "IM GOING TO GET BETTER!" I screamed and hugged gerard tight. He then kissed me and hugged me tighter. "Ow" I winced in pain "oh sorry" Gerard backed up and looked at me to make sure I was alright. I chuckled "I love you" he looked at me and grabbed my hand. Kissing it, then just holding it in his right "I love you too, I'm so happy to have you" he then swung my hand, but not too hard.
