Chapter 12: Three's A Crowd

Nia's POV

After our little shenanigans early this morning Jasper and I decided to go out and do something fun. We were second over skyzone, knotts, bowling, carnival, or ice skating. He ended up choosing the carnivals because he said he hadn't been to one in ages.

I got ready and dress up wearing my favorite black jeans. I just threw on a random shirt and it so happened to be my batman shirt. My favorite all time superhero was batman. Why not he's the best superhero there is, I even have a batman wallet, keychain, cartoon toy, comic, slippers, and pajamas. I braided my hair into two pig tails and wa la I was fabulous and ready to go. I wore my new favorite shoes which were white vans with a black sole.

I waited for Jasper in the living room because I was hogging the bathroom in my room. A few minutes later Jasper came down the stairs wearing blue jeans with a black v neck hugging his abs. You could see the outlines from them straight through the shirt. Jasper slicked his hair back to give him more of a greaser type of feel and he looked handsome. He slipped on his black slip-ons and we were headed out the door to the carnival which was a little drive away.

I gave Jasper the aux cord so he could play his own music during the car ride. I immediately recognized the song and started humming it. The song was Thunderstruck by ACDC. I remembered that he listened to this type of music and I was fine with it. Next thing you know Jasper and I are singing the chorus together.

Rode down the highway

Broke the limit, we hit the town

I put Jasper singing on snapchat for everyone to see. I wanted everyone to know he was with me and that special guy was mine. We took a couple cute pictures in the car and made silly poses and faces. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the carnival but I knew the drive was worth it.

As we drove in and found a parking spot all I saw were the bright lights shining out to catch people's attentions. Begging for people to come and find out what they were there for. Jasper paid for both of our tickets while I stood there frustrated and mad at him for not letting me pay for myself.

As we walked in all you could hear was,

"Mommy, mommy can I go on this ride next?"

"AHHHHHH!"

"Woah dude let me have some of that!"

Jasper yet again paid for my ride pass so we could go on as many as we could. He was such a gentleman it warmed my heart. The first ride we got on was a gravity one. I always loved going on those. As it spun us around you got to slide up and down on the boards while the Gravity was pushing you back.

Then I dragged Jasper on another ride called the Zipper. You got into the cart and they closed it off and you went backwards in a circle. It would speed up and you would start flipping, it was one of the best rides there was.
