So, before I get on with writing the story, I just need to point out that as of my first draft, the Doom Slayer has already defeated the Icon of Sin. I know that there are DLCs coming for DOOM: Eternal, but I just wanted to write with the stuff that we know so far. I probably won't add in the DLCs story or anything, so if future readers see something that shouldn't, I would've already informed you about it.
I'm also going to point out that VEGA has been retrieved from Urdak through means that I will hopefully know how to explain and that Hayden has managed to create himself a new body and is basically Alfred to the Slayer back on the Fortress.
If there is something completely wrong that I have not noticed or you have any suggestions as to how you'd like to see the story go, please do comment, I'm open for all critiques.

As you should know, The Slayer dons his upgraded Praetor suit as well as his 2016 one (which may be being upgraded or something).
His arsenal will contain both of the new adaptation's armoury;
Misc: Chainsaw, Delta V Jump-Boots, Fists, Hologram, Doomblade
Weapons: Chaingun, Combat Shotgun, Frag Grenade, Gauss Cannon, Heavy Assault Rifle, Pistol, Plasma Gun, Rocket Launcher, Siphon Grenade, Ballista, Equipment Launcher
Special: BFG9000, Super Shotgun + Meat Hook, The Crucible, Unmaykr
Slayer can now also use his power ups (Onslaught, Overdrive, Berserk) once a day each. He can also use any argent energy to replenish health, armour, some amount on specific weaponry or boost his own stats as his armour slowly absorbs the energy whenever near it.
In this story, Doomslayer is a white male, who stands at 7ft and weighs 350lbs (2.1m; 160kg). He can run up to 90mph with ease and has hands down the most experience when it comes to war and he BARELY SPEAKS; he will mutter a word every now and then, but he will remain mute for most of the time. Among his many titles and feats, he has also gained divinity, making him an impregnable and indomitable and inexorable being to those who he calls his enemy. With this, he will eradicate the pests that call themselves Demons and he will freeze Hell over with fear.
But until that day, he alone will stand and fight; he alone will be sent into the black heart; he alone will be victorious -
Rip and Tear...until it is done, for DOOM is Eternal.
