"...And that is your family history Shuichi." The men I dare use to call my uncle told me as he fiddled with the knife he not so long ago stab me with.
As for me, I just look at the floor in disbelief still processing what I just heard.
All of the misfortune that happened in my life, was just for revenge? The amount of people that have died by this man hands and his followers, he made all this affort just so he could kill my parents, more specifically, my father. my mother seems unknown to him but I think I can guess what happened. For such a petty reason too and now I was his next target being the creation of his deceased brother who he had a big grudge over and his deceased love interest (ex-soulmate) from his perceptive, it make sense to kill me to finally satisfy himself.
But I don't want to die, not yet. I still want to graduate, get a job and...and Kokichi. I want t able to spend more time with him, to hold his hand, to hear his laugh, to be able to hold him and tell him that everything is okay. But I can't, not when I'm about to die.
If only I would have taken action early on, but I didn't because I didn't want to face the consequences, and now people suffered greatly because of me.
"Aawww! look at his face, so full of despair, it so beautiful!" The blonde woman exclaimed.
"Well then Shuichi, it was nice to know you, and hey don't take this personally. you'll see your parents again, oh and your little boyfriend will join soon so I'm practically doing a favour." He said pointing a knife to my neck.
I close my eyes waiting for him to finish me off as I couldn't do anything, I could hear the painful screams from kokichi as he was being electrify. As hope seems lost, a loud banging on the door was heard before being broken down and many officers came rushing in.
Most of them were blocking the exit so everyone involved got arrested pretty quickly. As that was happening, I saw detective Kirigiri.
"Kirigiri, what are you doing here?!" I ask as she untied me.
"Saving you, and it look like we got here just in time."
"No i mean how did you find me?"
"Remember the chip I gave you?" she ask as ahe helps me up.
"Oh yeah"
I then reach under my shirt to take chip that was on my chest and gave it back to her.
"Thank you so much for this."
"No problem, also I'll call an ambulance for your friend." as she doing that, I went up to Kokichi.
"Kokichi?" I put my hands on his shoulder shaking him a bit
"..Mmm Shuichi?"
"Yeah it me, don't worry everything fine now." I reassured him as I removed him from the chair.
"Hehe.. I'm glad." he murmured before hugging me.
I hugged back

"Hey Shuichi, are you awake?" I heard Kokichi asks
We were on the couch, cuddling as we watched a movie together, I must have fallen asleep because the credit were rolling.
"Silly Shumai you slept during the whole movie, how rude." he puff his cheek trying to look angry.
I look down at him, he was wearing a white oversized T-shirt with his red and yellow striped boxers. He also had some scars from the time was tortured by electrocution. Is been over a year since that happened and right now I'm leaving with Kokichi and his cousin as i no longer have family or guardien to look after me till I get my own place.
As for my uncle, he's as a life sentence in prison and on death row for his multiple crimes and same with that Junko girl, as for the other involved, I'm not sure but I know they won't bother us anymore.
Back to what's in front of me, I warped my arms around him and being still tired I pulled him on top of me and snuggled up against him. I can hear giggle a bit which was very relaxing for me.
"Aww is my beloved still tired?"
I tiredly nodded.
He giggled again before I felt gentle kisses all over my face. I hummed in satisfaction as i continued to let kiss my face. After he was done, I opened my eyes to see him above me with a small smile on his face. i brought up my hand to his face caressing his cheek before bringing him into a kiss. it felt so passionate yet so loving and gentle, bringing my hand from his cheek to his head running my fingers through his hair, as he hold on to my shirt.
We pulled from the kiss after a while, we both huff out a bit trying to catch our breath before Kokichi nuzzled his face against my chest.
"I love you shuichi"
"I love you too Kokichi"
I said wrapping my arms around him.
I'm really glad that I got you as my soulmate Kokichi, I do wish that the circumstances were different, but I'm glad that I have you in my arms, save and sounded and I hope we can stay together like this forever.
