"Are you a dog person or a cat person?"

"Like for a pet?"

At the affirming nod from Nick, I continue my thought aloud.

"I don't mind either but I'd rather have an axolotl."

"A what?"

I immediately take out my phone to show Mike what I mean. I also show Nick but overall disapproving of their disgusted faces at the image.

"What?! They're soooo cute though. I'd name it Burrito."

Both twins on either side of me shake their heads, making their reddish-brown to flick from side to side with grins on their faces and not looking at me. As promised Mike and Nick let me tag along with them to school. It took me awhile to wake them up though because it is a decent walk to school, something they had not gathered as they literally cursed at me at 5:30, knowing that we start at 7:00. We finally left at quarter to 6, with me finding out that Dylan, Ethan and Oscar only need to leave at 6:45 to drive to school.

Dad and Naomi was only waking up to say goodbye to us before falling back asleep with Naomi leaning against dad and dad leaning against the doorway, both snoring so loudly that it took walking down the street for us to not hear them anymore. I took a picture of them planning to send it to dad later. Me and the twins are getting to know each other better on our walk.

"Why Burrito? Why not....um.....not Burrito?"

I let out an exasperated sigh whilst looking up to the sky as if the answers to their stupidity were written up there.

"Just because, that's why."

They just sighed at me but smiled anyways, as if knowing they can't change my mind. I smirk. But it disappeared quickly when Nick asked:

"Why did you want to walk with us, Rem? Just wondering."

I frown looking ahead so they didn't have to look directly at my face. They probably didn't want me to come after all. They were just being polite. Something I wasn't when I barged in on their walk.
