I yawned as I slowly made my way to my room. It's so late, so I definitely know that I'm going to be sleeping in ever late tomorrow, so I have no clue if I'm going to be able to go to Tony's tomorrow. "Hey, kiddo. Did you and Noah finish your TV show and movie?" Dad asked as he walked out of his office. "Yeah, we were able to finish it all," I answered with a yawn.

"Oh, I have a question," I said as I stopped. "What is it?" Dad asked. "I was asked, if I ever can get out of bed or if I'm in the mood, but, Tony asked if I could go to the tower and stay with them for a little while," I said before yawning again.

"We'll see what time you get up at. Seeing how late it is and how you are acting at the moment?" Dad said. I nodded my head as I started to walk to my room. I can't wait to be able to lay down in my bed.

*Time Skip*

"Good morning!! SKYLAR!" dad yelled over my speaker. I jumped awake, ending up on the floor, making me groan in pain. "Goooooooooood moooooooooooooooooooorning!" Dad yelled. "If you want to go over to your mates' place, then you will have to get up. Your answer is you can go if you can get a ride. Now, geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet uuuuuuuuuuuuuuup!" Dad yelled. I groaned as I rolled my eyes.

I got up from the ground and untangled myself from the bedsheets. I made my bed only leaving a little bit of the sheets off the mattress, ready for me to climb in right away. I then walked into my bathroom. I closed the door, locking it behind me. I relieved myself before stripping out of my clothes. I walked into the closet and started to pull on many different pieces of clothing.

Once I pulled my shoes on and made sure that they were tied. I put my hat on top of my head, leaving my hair down. I looked into the mirror. Debating whether I should change again. Second-guessing the fact that I'm wearing a plaid shirt and just the rest of my outfit. Someone knocked on the bathroom door making me look away from the mirror.

"Who is it?" I asked as I looked back in the mirror. "It's Gavin." a voice said. I slowly walked away from the mirror and over to the bathroom door. I unlocked it before opening the door. "Should I change, I mean........I'm going over to my mates' place today? Do you think I should change?" I asked.

"No, not at all. I think you look amazing. You do not need to change." Gavin said. I nodded my head as I slowly pushed my hands into my jean pockets.

"Now, come on. Let's go and get you some breakfast and you are going to have to text that mate back and see if you are able to come over." Gavin said. I also nodded my head. "I'll meet you in the kitchen," I said. She smiled at me before she walked to the main door of my room. I took a deep breath before I walked over to my desk.

I unplugged my phone and turned it on. I looked at my contacts to see all the unknown numbers. I looked at them all before I clicked on one of them.

Me: Hi, whoever you are. I know you are one of my mates. I don't know what one you are, but I want you to know, I'm planning on going to the tower today. I just need a ride.

I sent the message after second-guessing myself. I turned my ring on before I slide my phone into my pocket. I took a big breath before I started to walk to the kitchen. I was halfway to the kitchen when my phone went off. I pulled out to see that I got a text message back. I opened my phone and looked at the message.

Unknown: Hey, Skylar. Nice to hear from you. It's MJ. I'll tell Tony that you are able to come. I'll also tell him that you need a car to get to the tower.

I took a breath as I changed the name of that number. I just changed it to her name until I'm able to find a nickname to put her down as. I put the phone back into my pocket. I walked into the kitchen and I took in a deep, big breath.

I smiled as the smell of blueberry pancakes filled my lungs. I raced into the kitchen to see a big stack of pancakes on a plate. "Just to let you know. Those pancakes are not just for you. They are for the whole building. Just eat as much as you want, I can always make more." Gavin said. I smiled at her before I grabbed an empty plate. I put two pancakes on it before covering the top one with butter and syrup.

I grabbed a fork before putting the plate down on the counter. I put the fork down by the plate before I jumped up onto the counter. I sat down before grabbing the plate and the fork. "I don't understand you sometimes," Will said making me look at him. "What do you mean?" I asked before I filled my mouth with pancake.

"There is a room filled with chairs to sit on, but instead you sit on the counter. Of all things that you could sit on...you chose the counter." Will answered. I gave him a small smile before I took another bite of pancake.

"These are amazing," I said, trying not to show the food that was still in my mouth when I said that. Will and Gavin smiled at me. I couldn't help but smile before I kept on eating. They make the best food. Whether it is pancakes or lasagna.

"You guys are the best cooks ever," I said before taking even more bites. "You say that almost all the time. Just don't choke on the food please." Gavin said while shaking her head. I smiled at her as I kept on eating.
