You just wanted to run to the bathroom that was next to you and lock yourself in, you did not want to speak to anyone...let alone your boss and your new friend who called you pretty and yes you still couldn't get over that.
Kato had a big smile on his face clearly happy to see you, but Mr Kambe look at you dead in the eye not a single smile on his face. You could clearly tell that he was still pissed from this morning and you didn't have the energy to deal with his crappy attitude.
"(y/n)! I am so glad I bumped into you". It was cute the way he didn't try and hide his excitement but you really were not in the mood. The little quarrel you and Suzue had took a big toll on you and you still needed to have time to cool off.
"Me too", you tried to sound as friendly as possible and gave him your brightest smile that you forced.
"You two know each other?" You heard Mr Kambe's deep voice intervene in the conversation. You waited for Kato to answer him. "We met in the cafe you always get your coffee at", Mr Kambe didn't respond he just nodded his head clearly not interested in carrying on this conversation and you felt the same.
After he yelled at you this morning things have been awkward between you two. When you finished filling out all his forms he just told you to 'put them on my desk' and told you to leave. You can tell that he doesn't like you and for someone reason you were bothered by that.
Anyone would be bothered if there boss made it known to them that they didn't like them, by knowing this fact it makes work draining and you don't want to come in anymore. You wanted to have a friendly relationship with the people you work with instead half the people here probably don't like you.
"This isn't the way to my office...where do you think you are going?"
"I was just going to the restroom".
"Well that has to wait, I have a lot of work for you to complete and you had the whole of your break to use the restroom".
'Yeah but I used the whole of lunch to talk to your witch of a sister', you sighed knowing that you couldn't get some time to yourself. You couldn't help but wonder why was he so hard on you? Why was he so cold to everyone?
He was young, successful and rich yet he seems so unhappy with what he has become. And with that unhappiness he takes it out on everyone else as if he doesn't like the fact that other people can be happy too. You didn't want to intrude into his personal life...you just wished he was more nicer, more humble.
