Author PoV:
IIzuku Midoriya was heading to the doctor more excited than ever. Why was he excited? Well, that's because today he was finally going to find out his quirk. Izuku and his mother both went into the doctor's office and the doctor went out of the office to run ran tests to figure out little Izukus quirk. When he came back into the office he had a disgruntled look on his face which Inko (Izuku's mother) Noticed immediately and immediately got worried. If her son was quirkless he would be devastated and Inko definitely didn't want to see Izuku go through that, especially since he wants to be a hero.
Inko is snapped out of her thoughts when the doctor starts to speak. "Well, the good news is Izuku has a quirk and a strong one at that." Both Izuku's and Inko's eyes light up when he says this before the doctor continues. "But in my professional opinion, I think you should hide his quirk from the public." Inko looked at the doctor confused, she had never heard of needing to hide a quirk before so she inquired "Why would we need to hide his quirk doctor?" She said in a slightly stern tone. The doctor responded, "Well the way his quirk works is that he gets physically stronger and more durable the more he trains, but his body has no limit to how strong he can get." Izukus face beamed when he heard this, "this quirk is perfect for me!" he thought to himself.
Into further questioned the doctor "That doesn't explain why we would need to hide his quirk" Said Inko in a slightly annoyed tone. The doctor continues "Well if the wrong people got word of his quirk, they might try to take him and force him through deadly training to make him a killing machine, so my suggestion is to mark him as quirkless till he gets to at least high school. Inko flinched when she heard this, She knew how badly quirkless people can be treated and didn't want her son to go through that, but on the other hand, she didn't want to risk the wrong people finding out about his quirk and trying to kidnap him. While she was having this internal debate with herself she was broke out of her trance when little Izuku spoke up.
Mommy, it's fine, I can live as quirkless until I'm strong enough to protect myself! All I have to do is work hard! Thus the biggest decision of Izukus's life so far was made. He would live as quirkless until he was strong enough to protect himself!

I hope you enjoyed but ill let you know write now this story wont be nearly as polished or as neatly written as my other story "Till death do us part" since the main purpose of this story is to help prevent writers block and give me ideas for my main story!
