Armin's POV

"Alright, follow me."

I followed Levi as instructed and alas, we were headed to the school garden.

It made me calm down. I really love garden. The flowers smell nice, your whole world becomes fantasy-like when you're in one. Fresh air, and a quiet place.

My eyes widen when I saw Levi smiling at me. "So, do you like it in here, brat?"

"Yeah, a lot. It makes things a little more peaceful when I'm in a garden..." I reply, eyes on the nature that surrounded us. The flowers were lively and colorful. I'm starting to like it in here, and this might be one of my favorite places so far.

"Really? Me too. Whenever I hang alone in here, my stress fades away."

I stare at Levi in worry. Stress?

"You're stressed?"

"Of course, who isn't?" He laughs and turned his gaze away. I figured he likes dandelions the most because his eyes wouldn't stop leaving it. In fact, we're the same.

We hadn't spoken for a few minutes, until I've decided to break the silence. Where's the fun in here if no one's talking?

"Do you wanna be friends? It sounds like you don't have anyone to hang out with..."

"I do have two friends. They're dating each other. But yes, I do want to be friends with you."

To be completely honest, I was somehow shocked by Levi's response. It occured to me that, someone would actually want to be friends with me. Now I felt special and at the same time, desperate.

I flash him my cheekiest smile, hurraying in excitement. "Yay!"

"Brat," was all he replied before the bell rang. We decided to go back to our classes before we got scolded by our teachers, and neither of us want it to happen.

"See you," I whispered to Levi before he went away.

"See you too, Armin." I smiled to him and we parted our ways.

I'm glad it turned out great with him.

Levi's POV

I admit that, fairly, he's a nice guy. With his squeaky voice, sheepish smile, I don't think he deserved to be hated.

"So, you're finally falling for the new student, huh? Knew it, bitch!" Hange smirked at me from behind abruptly causing me to flinch.

"First, Fuck you four-eyes, and second, I'm not falling for him. I'm trying to be welcoming, if you're dumb enough to notice." I smacked her one more time in the head harshly enough to put her in her rightful place; a few inches away from me.

"Ouch! But he is cute, right?"

"Hell, let me continue. Third, we're not dating," I rolled my eyes in hard annoyance.

"Fourth, everything you said were all lies!" She returned with a sassy remark, sticking her tongue out in a playful manner causing me to glare at them harder.
