Chapter 12 : Happy Birthday

» 9:01 am

I woke up early in the morning, as I get up I threw my feet off of my bed, then grabbed my phone to send Armin a message.

Levi - Good morning beautiful, happy birthday <3

Armin - Thank you Levi, so where are we going for today?"

Levi - You'll see. Wear something casual, I'll pick you up at 5.

Armin - Uhm okay, see ya

I placed my phone back on my desk, then stood up to get ready.

Mikasa was the one who arranged our date, even though she hates me, she only did it for Armin.

Eren also suggested that the beach is the best for the date to take place.

I went in the bathroom and took a shower, after that I put on my clothes.

Just then, my phone vibrated, expecting that Hange is the one who's calling me.

"Hange, what the fuck do you nee-"

"Levi, is Armin your boyfriend now?!"

"Hange, it's 9 in the fucking morning. The date is at 5

"Ugh... Just ask him already..."

"Hange I- you know what, see you later."

"Levi plea-"

And I simply hung up. She's so annoying, fuck. After the call, I continued what I'm supposed to be doing.

» 5:01 pm

I drove to Armin and his friends place, when I've arrived, I waited for Armin.

"Good luck!" Mikasa yelled, as Armin awkwardly waved at her and walked towards me. I quickly opened the door for him, then he went inside the car.

"For real, where are you taking me? And why is Mikasa giving me a good luck?" Armin asked in a questioning tone, as I started driving.

"It's not that much far" I said, not answering his question, as I continued humming a song, while he rested his head on his seat.

» 5:13 pm

12 minutes later, we arrived at the beach.

"The beach? What are we doing here?" Armin looked at me in confusion.

"Follow me" I grabbed Armin's hand and pulled him.

When we've arrived at where our date is,

Armin's eyes widened as he saw colorful lights around us, with a table for two.

"Right this way, please" Hange said, surprisingly.

Surprisingly because Hange never talked normally, if you know what I mean.

We both followed Hange, and of course I pulled the seat for Armin to sit on, and after that I sat on my seat.

Hange then brought our plates, while Jean, Connie and Erwin are playing the fucking violin. To be honest, they're really great at it.

Meanwhile, Sasha is eating at the corner, and Annie is filming us.

Armin then looked at me with his glossy Blue eyes saying; "Levi, thank you... I didn't expected this to happen."

Armin said while holding my hand, and his tears falling down.

"Tch, happy birthday" Armin smiled, as we ate our food.

We talked and ate until Hange whispered at me.

"It's time" she winked with a smirk on her face.

I stood up and pulled Armin's hands, holding them tightly. He stood up as I pulled him closer to me.

"Armin... I've been waiting for this to happen, and now is the right time. Armin, will you be my boyfriend?"

Armin just stared at me, speechless. He wasn't responding, he was only staring at me with his shocked face.

Everyone also seemed to be confused with Armin as well, until he said; "Of course" he mumbled, as he smacked his lips on mine.

The others started yelling and crying, and some were clapping their hands.

"Alright, we can go to the club now!" We all chuckled, and left.

We each showed our fake i.d's, which the guards let us in.

As we went in, I can already smell the scent of alcohol and smoke. For fuck sake, I just wanna throw up.

We sat down on a table with 8 chairs,

Connie and Jean called the waiter while Hange and Erwin are making out, yuck.

Eren and Mikasa didn't wanna come, Armin is beside me, Annie is smoking, and Sasha is eating as expected.

The waiter patiently took each of our orders, then I felt Armin's hands wrapped around me.

"You okay?" I asked, and he nodded. "I just... don't drink," He replied.

"I don't drink too, also we can leave if you want" I said, worryingly. "No Levi, it's okay" He grinned.

The waiter gave us our drinks, and we started drinking.

As I expected, they all got drunk, even Armin. But I wasn't drunk, I'm just really dizzy.

"Let's go home?" I mumbled. "What? No, let's stay... fo- for... awhile..." Armin pleased, but I hesitated.

I pulled him out of his chair, and carried him bridal style.

"So drunk..." Armin mumbled as the two both went out.

They walked away, and headed straight to Armin and his friends house.

It's not that much far so Levi thought it wasn't a problem, until they need to cross the road.

Since Levi's really dizzy, he wasn't aware of what's going to happen if he doesn't look around before crossing the road.

As we crossed the road, a loud beep and a bright light approached.

The next thing that happened is that, all went black.
