Armin's POV
We walked for about twelve minutes. His house wasn't that much far, and when I took s first look at Levi's place, I gasped.
His house is absolutely huge! It was luxurious, though it wasn't as if I had expected less.
"Hey brat, get in."
We sure did, and his house is really clean even on the inside. The bookshelves were well-organized, he also has a chandelier.
"Where should I sleep?"
"In my room. I don't want to bother redoing the guest room, he responds. "Oh, and remember the conditions."
"Yeah, I know."
He left me to his room. I got ahead and went on with my studies and couldn't notice how long the time has passed. My mind wandered off to Levi.
"Maybe he's downstairs?" I told myself.
I went downstairs and saw him cooking. I was thinking that I should buy my own food since I don't want to be a bother to him, so I put on my shoes and opened the front door.
"Oi, where do you think you're going brat?"
"Uhm, somewhere..." I said, nervously.
"Alright, be back."
I headed straight to the grocery store, which is not that far from Levi's house. I was relieved, it was still open.
I went into the grocery store. It was not that crowded but there were still a lot of people.
I grabbed a basket and started hand-picking. I got an apple, a yogurt, and ramen noodles.
"That'll be five dolloars, sir." The cashier said.
"Okay, here you go. Thanks!" I smiled and went out of the grocery store, heading straight back to Levi's.
When I arrived I opened the front door, and saw Levi sipping tea while watching Netflix. "I'm back, Levi!"
Levi turned around and saw me.
"And what the hell is that?"
"Food."
"You saw me cooking dinner before you left, right?" He raised one eyebrow.
"Yes I did! I don't want to bother you. I think serving me food is too much.
"Tch, you little brat. You're too kind, I don't care if it's too much."
