Truth or Dare? No War.
Chapter 11.

We set up the next initiates simulation and the next persons fear is a little different from the last one:
Ruth sits at a desk in a blank room with black walls and a white floor. A basket appears infront of her and a rabbit is in it, one of those ones with red eyes. It stares at her intently. I watch her tense up... Then suddenly it slowly starts raining these white things; is that... Marshmallows? I snicker. Imagine that fear. Tobias laughs with me as we watch her reapetedly flinch everytime a marchmallow falls next to her. I know we shouldmn't be laughing but this is the most ridiculous fear ive ever known.
Suddenly the marshmallow rain stops falling close to Ruthand the rabbit hops out and leaves the area by Ruth. Like a sheild is surrounding her. She grins. And the simulation stops.
What was a laughing matter just turned into a life or death situation. I shoot Four a look. and he nods. We both look at Ruth and she raises an eyebrow at us, "What? Can I go now?" I shake my head and Four starts talking to her, "Ruth, what were your aptitude test results?" She hesitates before answering - just like I did - "A-Amity." Four sighs.
"I'm going to ask you one more time, what were your aptitude test results?" I join in, "Please tell us Ruth, we don't want to hurt you." She glares at me, "I said it was Amity. Get off my back." She walks out and slams the door. I'm shocked by her sudden attitude change, she is - was - an Amity, they don't act like that. Four rolls his eyes, "Wow." I nod in agreement.
* * * * * * ** * *
We go to the cafeteria and sit with our group, quickly scoffing down our lunch so we can talk before we have to go back to the initiates. "Hey, hows the Transfers?" Uriah asks, me and Four look at each other, and answer the same thing at the same time, "They need an Attitude check." Uriah nods. "Do you guys want to hang out tonight in the training room? It's been a while."
We all agree to meet in the training room at seven.
Wooh, today is going to be a long day.
