I woke up, once again, but this time it was different. Everything seemed brighter.

I was actually happy. I would look over to my right, and turn off my music that were playing through my head phones. I'd sigh and smile slightly.

I start to sit up and bit my lip. This day seemed a lot different. A good type of different. I would jump from my bed, and pick up my phone.

I'd start to slowly slide my phone in my pocket, as I looked at my white covers and sheets. Another lazy day huh Mikasa. Haha, yep.

I would walk to the wooden door, and open it slowly. If you ask me it sounded like I was in a horror movie, but without the music.

As I was opening the door I expected a clown to pop out, but there was nothing.

Okay maybe it's time for me to stop being scared, and walk to the living room. Good choice. I started to walk to the living room to see Jessica on her computer.

Jessica, she's my mom. Not my real mom, but mom. Yea. Jessica just kept typing at her computer. You could tell she was tired.

Her light blue eyes were blood shot. Her dark dirty blonde hair is tangled, and everywhere. Literally everywhere.

She had an angry look on her face. I decided to walk up to her and yell. "Good morning to you too!"

She slowly looked at me, then she went back to typing on her computer. "What?" I squinted at her and whispered.

"Never mind." I walked away to the kitchen. I really hope there's food to eat. I would walk to the big freezer, and see a big package of fruit loops.

Yay? Well it's edible that's good enough for me. I would run to the bag, and open it up. I'd go to the light wooden cabinets and grab a small white bowl, with green squiggles on it.

I'd start to poor the cereal in the bowl. There was a buff of fruity smell. Mm yummy! I would close the fruit loops bag, and put it back on the big freezer, then I'd walk to the fridge.

I would grab the two percent milk, and walk to my cereal bowl. I'd open the milk jug, and poor it in my bowl. Then I would slowly close the jug, and put it back in the fridge.

I'd walk to the dishwasher, and grab a plastic spoon. Finally, food! I'm starving. I would put the plastic spoon in my bowl, and start to eat my cereal little bits at a time.

Every bite made me less hungry. Finally, after my last bite, I started to drink the fruity flavored milk. Soon enough I was done eating I walked to my room.

I know what you're thinking. Why is a sixteen year old doing home with her mom on a Monday morning? Well we both got sick, so were staying home for the day. Fun right?

I decided to walk right in my room and close the wooden door be hide me. Soon enough, i'd jump on my bed, and close my eyes.

Maybe I should message Alexander. Hm, sounds like a good idea. I would lay on my right side and turn my phone. I'd slowly type in my password, and go on Facebook.

I would click on Alexanders name, and wait for our chat to pop up. As soon as it popped up I started to message him.

Mikasa: Good morning

I wait for a few minutes. There was no answer. Maybe he was busy? Or he just thought I was annoying. Yep. I started to close my eyes, and there was a beep. I would open my eyes fast to see that Alexander messaged me back.

Alexander: Good morning to you too :)

Mikasa: Sorry if I bothered you.

Alexander: You could never bother me.
