dreamnotfound

it was always frowned apawn to be in a gay relationship, especially in the 80s/9ps, george always was so confused on why people hated gay relationships, people just wanted to be happy. it broke georges heart that people couldn't express their love for each other in public. that's why he made a promise to dream.

he went to a flower shop and picked up a cute little plant he thought dream would like, then he went and got matching rings, it's a promise.

george finally made it home and didn't say anything but walked in.

"oh hey! i was just making some supper. what do you got there?" dream turned around to see george carrying a little plant and smiling softly at him.

"somethings wrong with this plant, i found it on the side of the road, all alone" george kept that soft little smile and walked over to the stove so dream could look at the plant.

"aww" dream walked over to the plant and inspected it and found something in the roots. "oh, here it is, there's something in the roots-" he pulled out a ring with small blue gems. he turned around to george to see him almost crying.

"i know how frowned apawn it is. i cry because we can't express our love. it breaks my heart when people can't express their love. so I'm making a promise to you dream. a promise that i will be here through thick and thin. through bad times and good. i will be here for everything, by your side. i will be here till death do us part. i want you to be there for my bad times as i will be there for yours. i love you. so fucking much. dream, i can't propose to you but i will be here and i will never leave. will you stay with me?" george was close to crying at this point, at any point he will crumble.

"yes yes of course yes" dream pulled george in and they kissed. it was udder bliss.

they know they cant get married, but that's ok. they are happy together. till do them part.
