CHAPTER 40: PROPOSAL

[MEANWHILE AT JUNGKOOK]

"We'll be there, we can't miss out on this moment," a man spoke on the phone. Jungkook smiled and nodded, he answered back: "I'm getting nervous." He felt his heart thump loudly against his chest and took a deep breath. The man on the phone laughed and said: "you got this. We need to go now. See you." After the call ended Jungkook stared at the mirror, adjusting his collar and tucking in his shirt. This is the day, this is it. The day that can make or break everything.

He felt a pair of arms hug him from behind and he smiled when he saw Taehyung hugging him. "You're dressed so nicely. For who?"

Jungkook faced him and kissed him, he then brought him closer with his hands on his waist, he answered: "for the man I love most."

"Well all I can say that, you're looking very handsome today," he complimented and wrapped his arms around his neck. Jungkook smiled. closed the distance between them and his dark brown eyes looked deeply at him. He could tell that Taehyung had melted in his arms as the latter allowed himself to bear no stiff weight against him.

"As much as I want you now," he whispered, his fingers tracing each delicate curve of his ear and neck. He brought his lips to his ear and whispered in his ear: "We just have to save it for later."

"Not now?" Taehyung blushed and was taken aback by what he said.

"Tempting me I see," Jungkook teased. His significant other ran his hands on his shoulders, then massaging them.

"You can't exactly blame me you know," he remarked. Jungkook felt himself starting to stiffen so he couldn't hold himself back,  he kissed his neck and tugged on the spot he kissed. Taehyung closed his eyes and let out a soft moan.

Jungkook then let go of his partner and stood behind him, embracing him from behind. He continued kissing his neck and pressed himself against the hybrid.

[MEANWHILE AT TAEHYUNG]

Taehyung sighed contentedly, he melted against his arms and rubbed against his stiffness to let him know the urgency that surged in him.

"I...I need you," he said as he stifled a moan. He felt Jungkook's hips push forward and his arms tighten around him.

Suddenly the door swung open, Hoseok barged in and he was about to announce something until he saw their intimate position.

"Uh.." he started. They both narrowed their eyes in annoyance.

"I was just gonna say, your car has already been brought here from the car cleaning place," he shyly told them, bowed his head and excused himself.

Taehyung laughed and so did Jungkook. "Oh my god that was so awkward," Taehyung claimed while clutching onto his stomach.

Jungkook's laugh was even louder, he said in between laughs barely gathering his breath:  "Did you see the look on his face?"

[MEANWHILE AT JUNGKOOK]

They continued laughing and as Jungkook bid himself farewell, he told him that he would just take care of something. Little did he know that what Hoseok did was just a cue for him to get everything ready.

"Is it all ready? I want everything perfect," he looked at him for confirmation, anxious to find out if something went wrong.

Hoseok simply chuckled and answered: "yes, everything's perfect, they're already there waiting so hurry up let's go!"

[MEANWHILE AT TAEHYUNG]

He was playing a game in his phone until he received a text message from Jungkook telling him that he had to go because it was so urgent, apparently according to him a mishap had happened in the drug factory and he was needed there.
