"What the hell?" River muttered as she saw Happy and Peter in a car outside of her apartment.

She grabbed her bag and got in, they drove off to the new Avengers Facility. "Holy shit." River walked into the building, staring in awe.

"Give me a minute with the kids." Tony told Happy.

"Sorry I took your suit. I mean, you had it coming. Actually, it turns out it was the perfect sort of tough-love moment that you needed, right? To urge you on, right? Wouldn't you think? Don't you think?"

Tony then turned to River, she nodded and looked at Peter to tell him.

"The real reason I was there, at the school, was to kinda catch the Vulture." She paused as Peter furrowed his brows, "And Shield also wanted me to kinda like babysit you. I was gonna tell you, I swear-"

"S.H.I.E.L.D. knows about me?"

"Seriously, that's ALL you got?" He smiled innocently.

"When you're ready... Why don't you try that on? And I'll introduce the world to the newest official member of the Avengers: Spider-Man." River smiled, she had no idea why she was there.

After Peter declined, he had went off, saying bye to River, and before Tony went into the room with a bunch of reporters, he told her to stay there.

"So, your mom told me that your eyes glowed orange?" He said, raising a brow, she nodded.

"Did'ya try them out yet?"

"Yeah, I got an okay handle on 'em." "They like Maximoff's?" She shook her head, "Not exactly." She answered, looking up at him.

"Pyrokinesis." She explained.

"Good thing you're ready to become an Avenger, right?" She nodded.

"You're from Brooklyn, right?" She nodded, "Could go with Pyro." He suggested, she laughed, "Nah, I feel like that would get taken somewhere in the future by an impulsive mutant teenager that isn't me.

"Okay," he paused,

"How 'bout, Brooklyn Fire."

Yes, I gave subtle hints to John Allerdyce; Pyro, from X-Men.

Act two is gonna have her using her powers, and it's gonna be-
