The bright sun ray welcomes me as I pulled the curtains, a beautiful green scenery welcomed my sight. It's nice to feel the heat of the sun after a long period of coldness. Even though I prefer cold seasons, summer will always hit different. This is the season of friendship reunions and maybe I call it, a fresh start? Yeah I know spring comes first, but I think summer is a vacation when we all come together as one.
"Y/N-ah" Soonyoung whispered.
We were walking at the beach, barefooted and hand in hands. Soonyoung and I went here early in the morning to witness the sunrise. And up until now it's already 2:00 in the afternoon, we're still admiring the beauty of the scenery. The shoreline of the beach is so wide and narrow, and the fine and pearl white sand made it 10x more satisfying to walk on.
"I never thought that ocean can calm me down. I never went to a beach before..." I murmured.
The gentle cold breeze blew my brown silky hair back as we walk facing the wind's direction. I heard a soft chuckle from Soonyoung which made me turn my head to him. "what's funny?" I raised my brows.
"Nothing— I feel so honored to be the first guy who brought you here"
"Actually, this isn't my first time if I didn't turned every guy's requests down." I joked. He slightly tilts his head and scoffed at the side. "I'm not aware that you were a heartthrob before huh?"
"A total of 7 boys? If I'm not mistaken?" I tried to say in a serious manner to piss him off more. He unlocked his hands from mine and walked further away from me, increasing our distance in between. As I watch him sulk beside me, his eyes kept on glancing at me observing what will be my next move.
I moved closer to him and hugged his arm, "You're seriously going to believe that? You're so silly!" I giggled as I snuggle closer to my boyfriend.
"Ha! 7 boys huh? Perfect! One guy per days of the week huh?" Soonyoung twitched his lips while he said that. I was just giggling beside him, I find him cute whenever he acts like a child, it's just like he's a baby inside a 19 year old guy.
"I'm just kidding! I was just joking baby!!!" I raised the white flag, surrendering but he kept on going.
"Why don't you just talk to your '7 boys'?" He emphasized the word 7 boys while throwing both of his hands in the air. I loosened my grip onto his arm and stopped my pace from walking, it took a few seconds before he noticed. I just stood here, staring at him.
The silence became a tension that occupied our distance from each other. Not long after, Soonyoung gave up, he walked back to me with open arms and engulfed me in a bear hug.
"Aww—sowwie~" Soonyoung said in a baby toned voice, he tightens the hug until I hugged him back.
"I told you I'm just being sarcastic..." I seriously said.
