Jacob looked down at his tiny imprint that was being held safely in her fathers arms. "There's still so much that I don't understand," he said to Edward, never taking his eyes off the beautiful baby. "How is it that both you and Harry are her fathers?"

"That is for Harry to explain, when he is ready," said Edward. Edward looked down the hall towards his father's office. "Harry will be coming in a few minutes and I don't want him to know that you were here. I don't want him to worry about Bella, he has enough to worry about." Harry was worried about Bill, worried about his old friends finding him, and worried about Dumbledore. He would personally take care of Bella so she didn't become one more worry for his mate.

Jacob gave one last longing look at his imprint, then took off through the back door. He couldn't believe that Edward was letting him look at his daughter. When he was with Bella, he was insanely possessive. He guessed that Edward understood that it would harm Leora if he ignored their bond. So much had changed in his life and the life of his pack since Harry and his family showed up. Both Seth and Leah had found their mates. Leah had always feared that there was something defective with her and that was why she was the only female shifter. Fred and George were good for his two friends, and with all their jokes and pranks, they would never be lacking in laughs.

The biggest change for him, was becoming alpha. He never wanted the responsibility before, and even though he didn't always agree with Sam, he was content to sit back and let him handle it. After seeing how he was treating Seth, and how badly Seth was suffering from it, he could no longer sit back and ignore it. He was surprised at how easily he took to being alpha. His father was right, he was born to lead the pack.

Harry took a seat across from Edward, grinning. "In five days, I will hopefully have vision in both eyes."

Edward leaned forward and gave his mate a kiss. "That's great, and try not to worry, everything is going to work out."

Harry gazed down at the amazing baby that him and Edward created. "I can't wait to see her with both eyes," he said wistfully. "She is beautiful with one eye, so that means she's going to be doubly beautiful with two."

Edward smiled sadly at his mate. Harry had been through so much since the final task. He didn't know how Harry survived, but he was prepared to get down on his knees and thank whoever upstairs was looking out for him. Harry still had a lot of healing to do and demons to conquer, but he vowed never to leave his side as he battled his way through them.

"How about we go out and celebrate," suggested Edward. Harry had become a bit of a recluse since coming to Forks. He had only ventured out a few times and only when he had to.

"Why, are you asking me on a date, Mr. Cullen?" asked Harry, fluttering his eye lashes.

Edward chuckled. "Why yes, yes I am. So, what do you say?"

Harry grinned, "I would love to go out with you, and little Miss Leora of course."

"Of course, how could I forget our chaperone?" teased Edward.

"Please," bellowed Emmett from the other room. "You two are making me sick. If you keep it up, I'm going to lose my bear."

"Ugh, that's just gross," moaned Harry.

"Just wait until you turn, little one, you're going to love bear blood too." Emmett yelled back.

"I didn't think about having to drink blood," said Harry, scrunching up his face.

"You have time, Harry. Severus won't change you until your seventeen, you could always change your mind." Edward tried to ignore the painful stab to his chest. Just the thought of living forever without Harry caused him physical pain.
