Harry opened his eyes as he felt himself being lowered down onto cool sheets. He was confused on how he got to his bedroom when the last thing he remembered was being at the hospital with that bitch from Child Protective Services.

"You fell asleep in my arms before we even left the hospital," Edward said softly. "Go back to sleep, love, you're exhausted."

"Leora!" Harry cried out struggling to sit up.

Edward gently pushed his mate back onto the bed. "She's fine Harry, Rosalie is sitting with her in her bedroom."

Tears started to fall from Harry's eyes. "I was so scared, Edward, I thought they were going to take her away from me. That woman found me guilty the second she laid eyes on me."

Edward softly caressed Harry's face, wiping away the tears. "I know, love, but I promise you that will never happen. I'm not going to allow anyone to hurt my family."

Harry didn't miss how Edwards eyes went pitch black despite him having just hunted earlier. "Don't hurt her, Edward."

"How can you ask that of me after what she has done to you?" Edward growled. Standing up he started to pace the room in anger. "She isn't going to stop, Harry."

"I know," Harry said sadly. "Believe me, I want to hurt her for what she has done too, but I can't do that to Charlie. Charlie loves Bella as much as I love Leora, and isn't his fault that she's lost it."

Sighing, Edward sat on the bed and took Harry's hand and kissed his knuckles. "You're too good, Harry. I don't like it, but for Charlie's sake we will do what we can to not hurt her. If it comes down to it though, and we don't have any other choice, I will eliminate her before she has a chance to hurt you or Leora again."

Harry sat up and kissed Edward on the lips. "Thank you, that's all I ask."

Severus walked into the room and handed Harry a potion.

Harry let his head fall on Edward's shoulder, groaning. "Not another dreamless sleep. You do realize that these are addicting, don't you?"

"Really, I had no clue," Severus answered flatly. "You think they would have covered that during my potions mastery."

Blushing, Harry took the vial and downed it. "It's only a low dose dreamless," Severus added. "I didn't want to worry about you while I was out taking care of...business."

"Dad, please don't hurt her."

"Don't worry, I heard your noble plea and I will try not to kill her." Severus sneered. Personally, he was all for killing the little bitch and being done with it. "Keep in mind, Harry, not only is she a danger to you and Leora, but also the Cullen's and the shifters. She knows what they are and I have no doubt that she will expose them if she doesn't get her way."

Laying back on the bed, Harry looked sleepily up at the man that was now his father. "I understand, and I won't be mad if you have to kill her. I just really like Charlie, and it would kill him to lose his daughter."

Severus pulled the blankets over his son and tucked him in. "Don't worry about Charlie and Bella, just get some rest. One way or another, the Bella issue will end tonight."

Harry wanted to say more but the potion was already working despite it only being a mild one. He really hoped that they wouldn't have to kill Bella, but he knew that his father wouldn't risk his and Leora's safety. If he felt that that he had no other choice, then he would kill Bella and make it look like an accident.

Edward was looking up at Bella's bedroom window trying his best to get control of his anger. "Do you think a memory charm will work on her?"
