chapter 49: Why You Running?

A few days has gone by and everyone is in stress.

"Oooohhh where did he go!!"

"Where's that poster I been asking for?!"

"Nooo were not ready!"

Taking a short break, I wipe my forehead but before I do, shane hands me a towel.

"Here you can use mine..."

Without make eye contact, he stretches hid arm.

"Oh.. hehe thanks a lot shane!"

Speaking in a cheerful tone, I try to lighten up the mood.

Damping my skin from the sweat, shane stands next to me in front of the open window.

"Mm the breeze feels nice.."

"Mm..."

Not knowing if shane is alright or not I ask him.

"Um you alright shane?"

Coming into his vision, he then avoids my eyes.

"Say... if the person you like has someone special to them...wh-"

"Oi! You love birds start working than kissing!"

Shane is then intruppted but a teacher, pointing at us.

Us two then glow red, making it look like we were kissing at an angle.

"Uh! Forget what I said and let's get back to work!"

Shane then says and walks away.

Since tomorrow is the final due date of our festival, I'll need to give my hardest to get this done first

"Ugh.. well let's give it our best then.."

School ends and I'm cleaning up the classroom.

"Ah shizuka! Good thing your here still."

Hearing my name called out I turn to find Sanada Sensei with a bright smile.

"Ah! Sensei! Your fever finally gone?"

"Haha yup thanks to my be loving daughter!"

Grabbing my head he then gives me a rub, with his hand on my head roughly.

"Heey! Your messing up my hair!"

"Haha don't worry I can comb your hair if you like."

"As if i-"

Hearing the sound of something falling, me and sensei look at where it came from.

And then finding..shane.

"Eh shane?"

Looking confused at his frustrated expression, I call out to him agian.

"Sha-. Hey wait! "

But before I could he runs away.

"Go.. you can't let love slip between your fingers now."

Giving me a little push and a smile, I thank him and run after the person I don't wanna lose yet.
