Watashi No Hi (My Days)

~New years Special~

New Year's Day is only a few days away from now and I'm totally looking forward to seeing everyone.

New Years has always been a day where ill just sit in my window sill and watch these flowers that every year blossom in the sky.

To be honest, I actually thought they were real flowers in the sky because I remember look in a pond while it happened.

I'm out shopping, looking for a very pretty yukata to wear for the festival we are all going to.

I stop and stand in front of a very pretty yukata that reminds me of a beautiful rare swan.

"Miss? may I help you with anything?"
A worker comes out and asks me.

"Oh umm how much does this yukata cost, please?"
I say being worried about the price.

"Oh this one? it's only 2950¥(yen) m'am."

'Wow, that cheap!?' I say in my head being surprised.

"Umm is it okai if I take it then?"

"Oh yes m'am! please come in!"
She says in a very happy cheer.

After buying it and finally getting out of the shop I head a growl.

'..well I guess my stomach was speaking my mind hehe.'

I head to a little cafe I remember going to and stop but to eat some cake and macaroons.

"Welcome may I take your order?"
A man says to me. I look up and to find jay serving me.

"J-jay-kun!? What are you doing here?!"
I ask in shock.

"Oh Yukimura-chan. I didn't think ill find you here."

"Hehe shouldn't that be my line."
When saying this jay's ears turn red.

"Umm please don't tell anyone..."
He saying in shame.

"Hehe don't worry! by the way ill like a vanilla cake and some random picking of macaroons."
I say trying to change the mood and subject.

Jay goods off and gets my order, but while I'm waiting I see Shane.

"Oh sha-!"
When I'm about to call his name I see him walking next to a very beautiful girl I don't know.

'Could she be... his..god now I'm getting depressed!..."

I look away the second i realize I'm staring with such a sad expression.

I peek a little to where they are and their sitting at a table at the same cafe as me. Shane is facing toward me while the lady's back is look at me.

'I wonder if I can hear them from here...'

Searching for a voice talking with Shane's voice I hear some of what their saying.

"Hehe shiki-kun your so funny hehe!"

"Haha not really."
Shane rubs his head with a blushing face.

"So you said your best friend works here right?"

"Yea, I wonder if I can get his attention somehow. Oi! Jay!"

When Shane yells out jays name jay was already heading toward me with my order.

"Oh Shane and mm?"
Jay says to him self he puts up one finger to Shane to tell him to wait a sec but when jay faced me I was signaling him not to come near me.

"Ah..Well too bad."
"Huh?!"
He puts my order down and brings his face closer.

"Shush, you wanna know who she is dont you?"
He raises a eyebrow to me and I nod.
