Chapter 27. Finall battle part 2

I fell on ground unconsstious.

~Looks like even this body can loose contiousness.

I woke up and looked around me. I didn't know where i was at all. As soon as i woke up Envy noticed it and told.

~I though you are gonna be uncontious forever.

He simply comented and i told.

~Ah i remember i was knocked down. Second time. What a shame. BTW where are we?

~You can't recognize it? We are in prison. Tch. I hate it here.

~We are..where?! How did we get in here?! What the hell happened- Wait. What happened to you? You are all covered by cuts and bruises. How is it possible that you won't heal?!

~Well, that's long story.

~Then hurry up and tell me. How did we get here and all??

~Uh guess i'll have to tell you. Well when you collapsed...

~[Y/N]! Shit! She is uncontious. This is bad...really bad.

Envy though and looked around him to count our chances of sucsessfull escape.

~This is bad. Father is loosing. There's no way he would win. He is almost dead. I need to take [Y/N] away and just fuck it. There's Fullmetal runt fighting and there are alchemists. With [Y/N] in my arms i can't fight so i need quickest way to escape.

Envy found one way and he held me bridal style and ran toward exist. But suddenly liitle Xing's girl got in way.

~Shit. Well another way.

Envy turned to exist from roof. There were soldiers shooting at him and he tried to dodge everything to prevent bullets from harming me even though i had almost immortal body.

~Shit. I have only few lifes left. This stupid humans. How dare they do this to me!

Envy though and then he looked back and he saw the moment when father was defeated. Fullmetal runt was the last one to land a hit. Envy slowed down and looked at father how small black arms were taking him away- to the portal of truth. He then wanted to run away again but someone got in his way. When he saw that person he backed up a little and tried to run away but he was surrounded. Mustang went closer to him while Envy's eyes were wide.

~Shit. I shouldn't have stopped. But looks like i would run into him anyway. Shit. I'll have to get away from here-

~You.

Mustang told and Envy gave him angry look.

~How is that possible that you are still alive?! And what's with that murderer?! I want to avenge my lieutenant. Now i'm gonna end your lifes.

Mustang was ready to snap his fingers but someone stopped him from behind. He heard click of gun and told.

~This is second time someone is stopping me this way. What is it. Why i can't finally kill him?!

~I don't think we should kill him. Why do you want him dead so much? He wasn't the one who killed Huges right?

~He is evil. And she is too. I don't need individuals like them in this country.

~But still you can't kill them.

~And what do you want me to do?

~I think we should let them rot in prison.

~Huuuh?! They'll escape!

~They won't. As you can see he took lot of demage and 2 more hits and he will take that form you mentioned me before, again. He won't be able to even shape-shift nor to heal himslef. And what's going for her, if homuncullus is in danger she won't let anything happen to him. Even though they are monsters they have some kind of bond.  They somehow managed to become precious to each other. And right now she is uncontious so there should be no problem.

~Aaagrh Lieutenant where are you coming for all of this kindness? Don't you mind what she had done?

~Well they both were killing. Both of them killed in clod blood but even they had reasons. And we killed in cold blood too in Ishvalan war. They are murderers of Maes. You murdered their ally Lust. And in the end she knocked me down. But she didn't kill me. You knocked down this guy and you were ready to kill him but she saved him. I think they should live but they must be punished for sins they made.

~You are too soft Lieutenant.

She smiled and both of them looked at  Envy. Mustang still was furious but Hawkeye lowerd her gun and Mustang them commanded.

~Put that girl on ground.

Envy looked at him and answeared.

~What if i won't?

~Than i will burn her along with you.

~Tch. I hate this guy so fucking much. I want to kill him. Fucking stupit pathetic human.

Envy cursed to himself and then slowly put mr down. Then Mustang snapped his fingers and burned Envy two times. Then Mustang told.

~Now i'm sure he have his last life left. He can't do anything. Take them both and lock them both somewhere deep underground in some solitude cell.

~Can i put them together?

~Whatever. I don't mind it at all.

Mustang told and left. Envy was standing there still in pain because his wounds weren't healing anymore.

~If i were you i would give up. There's no way to save both of you other way.
This is only way.

~Huh? I will not give up to human. And why would you help us?!

~First. I'm helping just because she could kill me but she didn't and i see that even you can feel something to someone else. Second. If you won't give up Colonel will burn you and her to death. You must give up to save her if you really care about her. And not that you have much of choice if you don't want to die. And i want you alive.

~Tch.

Envy told and thought about what to do. But there's really wasn't any other way how to survive. And there wan't even other choice.

~I guess i have to do it. Fuck you Mustang and every single human!

Envy shouted in thoughts and told.

~I need to save her....

As he said that Hawkeye nodded to soldiers that immediately cuffed and tied up Envy. And other soldiers took me from his hands.

Flashback end

~When that guard held me i wanted to kill him but there was no way how to do that. And then we arrived here and they locked us inside this little cell.

I quickly stood up and almost shouted.

~Fuck it! I'm useless. If i didn't get knocked down i would have helped father win and we wouldn't be here.

~There's no helping it. Don't mind it.

~I guess you are right but still. I hate it.

I told quietly and sat back down on bed. In no time Envy hugged me and told.

~Don't mind it. It happened and we will find a way how to get away from here.

~Okey.

I told and hugged him back.
