MIN LEELA// Stray Kids 9th Member

* Sungjin's Enlistment *

   (So this will be about Leela reacting to Day6's Sungjin's military enlistment, since she's friends with him. I hope you guys will enjoy this)!

   Leela was chilling in the JYP Entertainment dance practice room after practicing a dance she had choreographed. While she was resting, she got a text on her phone.

Bob 🐻
Leela!

                                                              Leela
                                                         Sungjin!

Bob 🐻
Where are you
right now?

                                                              Leela
                                                       I'm in the
                                             dance practice
                                             room. Why?

Bob 🐻
I need to talk
to you. I'll meet you
there in 5.

                                                              Leela
                                                            Oh ok.
                                                         See you!

   Leela was honestly a bit nervous. She didn't know what Sungjin wanted to talk to her about but she hoped it was good news. Eventually, Sungjin came in the dance practice room. Leela looked over and smiled at him.

   "Hey Sungjin!" Leela said. "Hi Leela!" Sungjin said as he sat down in front of her. "So what's up?" Leela asked. Sungjin looked a bit nervous. This made Leela nervous. "So uh. This is kinda important but I also don't know how you'd react. In a few days from now, I'm enlisting in the military." Sungjin explained carefully to Leela.

   Once Leela heard those words coming out of Sungjin, her heart immediately sank. She didn't want to believe it. "W-What?" Leela stuttered out, sadness lacing in her voice. She knew Sungjin would have to enlist someday but she just wasn't ready. "I'm sorry Leela. I know this is hitting you hard. I wanted to tell you personally instead of you finding out by news articles since I'm keeping this private." Sungjin said. Leela nodded and let out a few tears. One of the idols she looked up to and one of her best friends was enlisting in the military and she wouldn't get to see him most of the time.

   "Aw Leela it's ok! Don't cry." Sungjin said, patting Leela's shoulder. "I'm really gonna miss you." Leela said. "So will I. But I won't be gone long. It'll only be about a year or so. Besides, you can visit me!" Sungjin said, trying to cheer Leela up. Leela nodded, wiping away her tears. "I'll visit you as much as I can." She said. Sungjin smiled and nodded.

   A few days later, Leela was sitting on her bed, watching Sungjin's Vlive. She knew he was on his way to the military. She was tearing up the whole time. Once Sungjin mentioned that he was on his way to the military, Leela broke down. She started sobbing her hardest once hearing that. She said goodbye to Sungjin the night before but this was still hitting her hard. After the Vlive ended, Leela sat on her bed still trying to recover from that when she received a notification.
