(A chapter featuring Jacob and Kevin from The Boyz after a VERY long time! Since they left "Simply Kpop" last year, this upload had to come. This'll get kinda sad so I hope you guys will enjoy this)!

It was New Year's Eve, and Leela was feeling absolutely depressed. Today was the last day of her show with Jacob and Kevin, and she wasn't ready. This show has been her life for three years. She wasn't ready to give it up.

She went to the studio, trying her hardest to not cry. She met up with her two best friends outside. "You ready for this, baby joey?" Kevin asked. "Nope. Not at all." Leela answered, her eyes beginning to sting. "Don't you start crying, Leelee! I will start!" Jacob exclaimed, causing the maknae to giggle. They walked inside their waiting room, and were faced with a gift the staff made for them.

On the mirror were ballons that said "Thanks J, K, & L." There were pictures on the walls of them throughout the days of filming, including of their first day. The day where they became close friends. Leela was only 14 then and had just recently debuted. She had long ash gray hair at that time. And now, she was three years into her career, was going to be 18 in three months, and had long black hair with a much matured face. Leela blinked a couple of times so she wouldn't cry.

She tried desperately to hold her tears in after reading the goodbye messages. She didn't want to cry and give herself red eyes for the show. She managed to hold herself together. That was until one of the staff members walked in with a cake. The tears immediately began to pour. "Stop you're making it so hard to leave!" She let out a watery chuckle. The staff cooed as Jacob and Kevin hugged her. "You're gonna make me cry, stop!" Kevin exclaimed.

They took pictures with the cake and nearly had a mental breakdown during the final script reading. They eventually finished and the live broadcast was beginning to start soon. "Don't cry, guys. Don't cry." Kevin teased. "I think it's already too late for that, dude." Leela giggled, managing to prevent herself from crying again.

The filming went by pretty well, with Leela holding herself together for the broadcast. She nearly choked up hearing the fans on the screen saying goodbye to them, but she held it together. The pre-recording went great too, but the moment the cameras were off and the staff thanked the trio, Leela couldn't hold it together anymore.

"Leela stop!" Kevin exclaimed, shaking her. Jacob giggled and hugged her close as she covered her face. "I tried holding it together, ok?!" Leela giggled. They took a group picture with the staff and went to their waiting room. Leela immediately sat on the couch, sobbing loudly. Jacob and Kevin sat on either side of her and hugged her. "I didn't know goodbyes were gonna be this hard." She sobbed. "It isn't a goodbye! We'll still see each other again!" Jacob tried to reassure.

"Are we still gonna hang out after this?" Leela asked, wiping her tears. "Duh! You can't get rid of us now!" Kevin replied. "We've been hanging out for like, three years now! We're still gonna do that!" Jacob added. "I had to make sure. I don't want our friendship to end." Leela shared. "It won't, baby joey. We're still gonna be the unstoppable MoonBaeMin!" Kevin reassured. Leela giggled as she wiped her tears.

"Remember when I had a breakdown because I was nervous about being a host? I remember you didn't know what to do when I started crying." Leela recalled, teasing Kevin. "I really didn't know." He chuckled. "You tried your best though, and I'm glad you did." Leela said with a sad smile. A comfortable silence hung through the air as the trio hugged each other on the couch.

"Hey guys?" Leela broke the silence. Jacob and Kevin looked at her and urged her to continue. "I'm so grateful for this show. It gave me you guys as two of my best friends in the whole world. Even though we're no longer the hosts, we still have each other. And that to me, is the most important thing of all. I really love you guys. I cherish you both so much." Leela went on, choking up towards the end. This caused Jacob and Kevin to completely break. "Bruh now I’m crying!" Kevin exclaimed. "We love you too, sunshine." Jacob tearfully shared.

The trio hugged each other tightly, surrounded by the memories of the three years they shared as hosts. Even though their hosting days were over, the takeaway from it was the friendship that blossomed between them. The show wouldn't be the same without it. And they were completely grateful that the show brought them together. A friendship they'd cherish for a lifetime.

(Kinda depressing huh? Jacob and Kevin are the sweetest though. I hope you guys enjoyed this! See you soon)!
