Where's Tommy?

Visiting Dream in Prison

~Tommy's POV~

As I stretch to wake up, I check my communicator and my eyes go wide. I've been asleep for almost two days! 

"Holy shit!" I mutter to myself. "I better get up and do something productive."

That's when I remember I was going to visit Dream. I sigh and smile, knowing he can no longer hurt me. I get out of my bed and make myself some food. I eat it and think about how I can do what I want now, but what do I want to do? I never had this freedom before, not really, well from what I can remember. I've always had someone telling me what to do. 

Before I know it I have finished my food. I go and wash the plate and leave my house. As I look around I smile. I look at my communicator and notice I've missed a message from Sam.

Whenever you are ready message me and meet me behind Skeppy's and Bad's house.

I smile and message him. I start to head over to meet him. As I float there I look around and see a lot has changed since I was kicked out. I try to think of how long I was in exile for. I remember the Pogtopia vs Manberg war was November 16th. And I- I died on Christmas, but I know I was there longer than about a month.

I stop dead in my tracks.

"I was in exile for over a year." I mumble to myself.

I continue to make my way to meet Sam, as I do I start to notice these red icky vines everywhere. 

I'll have to investigate that later. I think to myself.

As I make it behind Skeppy's and Bad's house, I see Sam.

"Hello Sam!" I say.

"Hello, Tommy." Sam say.

"It's Gho- eh whatever." I say, not feeling like correcting him.

"If you'll follow me I'll take you to the prison."

I nod and Sam walks to a small black hut close by. I follow him and he enters it. I look around and see it is just a small place and it seems to have a nether portal that is not active. I then notice a button. Sam presses it and turns to me.

"If you press this button at all it will summon me to the prison. From there I will be able to let you in." Sam explains.

"How will I know when to go in?"

My communicator then beeps. Sam is calling me and that answers my question. I answer it and look up to ask Sam another question, but he is gone. 

I notice I have mining fatigue. That's when I see the portal ignite.

"When you're ready walk through the portal and let me know when you've gone through." Sam says.

I float through and I look around it's just a small area with the portal. 

"I'm through"

"Alright, give me a second."

I nod, even though I know he can't see me. 

"Ok, you can go through now." 

I go through once more and I am transported to inside the prison. I look around and see Sam standing there. 

"Welcome to the prison." Sam greets. 

I float over to him and  stand there. 

"This is so cool!" I say.

"Um, before we can go any further, Tommy, you're gonna need to read this book on the lectern. I need you to read it out loud to me so I know you actually read it."
