Lisa and Lena enter their place.

Lisa: Alright, so what's up with you and this girl?

Lena: Nothing, I don't know what you mean.

Lisa: I saw you guys playing eye tag during class. You wouldn't direct your stare towards anyone else!

Lena: Okay, fine... I think she's cute. But that's all. She probably doesn't have any clue OR interest.

Lisa: Hm. I don't know. She seemed to be looking back at you just as much. What if I helped to get you guys alone? 

Lena: I mean- How?

Lisa: We are supposed to go to dinner with her remember? I can come up with an excuse to miss it, and you guys can have dinner together... Alone... Just you two... Only-

Lena: Okay okay! You've convinced me.

Lisa: Yay! I am so excited for you!

*You get home. Your head starts to fill up with possible scenarios. All of these feelings are flooding through you so rapidly. You don't know how you have fallen for someone so quickly.*

Your POV: I'm about to start the walk to the restaurant. I should really calm down. The more nervous I am the-

*Your thoughts get interrupted by a phone call from Lisa.*

Lisa: Hey, Y/N. I am so sorry, but I have a couple assignments for class that are due tonight that I didn't know about! I won't be able to make it to dinner, but Lena will still be there.

*Your stomach drops*

Y/n: O-okay. That's cool! I'll see Lena there and you tomorrow in class. Good luck with your assignments!

Lisa: Thank you, see you tomorrow!

Your POV: WHAT...JUST...HAPPEND? I don't know if I will be able to keep myself together the whole time. I figured that with Lisa there, I would at least be able to have a distraction from being too awkward around Lena. B-but now I'll have her to myself?! Ya know what? Take advantage of this! You could really hit it off! Oh no, dinner is in 20 minutes!
