Dear Emily,

I haven't had much free time with traveling and chess to write you a letter. I have to go meet Beth later shot this will be short.

I just wanted to let you know that don't forget you are not fucking alone. I know how it feels.

Even if Beth says you changed me and you don't believe but you did. I was an arrogant arse who was too cocky.

So before you, I was champion I had everything but good friends. I didn't trust anyone till you. During the time I was feeling alone I wrote down most of my wins and how I felt.

I want you to try it. Try sitting down and writing down positive memories of you and me or something else. It doesn't have to be me but it can.

Just write happy memories, it doesn't have to belong just 15 mins or one line. The matter is that it helps to remember that you're not alone you have friends and family here for you.

I have to go but don't forget.
