I know my other letter was probably weird since I was half drunk and don't remember what I put.

I heard you started talking to Beth that's great. Beth told me something about what happening with you. I didn't want to bring it up but I know you're just going to put it to the side.

Beth and I are trying to help you through this rough patch but it's just up to you what you tell yourself. I know you're being teased at and your bot liking yourself and it's okay ok to not like yourself.

Start small find one tiny thing you like about yourself. I know Beth and I are always busy with chess but you not a burden to anyone like I said before. Just don't tear yourself up about it.
