Ashton: The bed shifted as he tossed and turned, each time you heard a light sniffle. “Ash?” You asked groggily, stirring awake from slumber. “”Are you okay babe?” His back was turned to you after his most recent flip over. “Hm? Yeah, yeah, everything’s fine. Just go back to sleep Y/N.” His voice was shaking, worrying you even more. “No, what’s wrong?” You placed a comforting hand on his shoulder, rubbing back and forth. “It’s alright, you can tell me.” You urged for an answer, needing to know that everything was alright between the two of you, or for him. A low sigh escaped into the room, “Every day that my brother and sister wake up without me there, they do things on their own more and more and it’s like they don’t even need me anymore.” Family was very important to Ashton, he missed them more each day. He started crying into this pillow and you felt your heart sink into your stomach. “Oh Ash baby.” You moved your body closer to his, tightening your arm around his muscular torso. “They’re always going to need their older brother.” You cooed, placing a kiss to his shoulder. Ashton turned around in your grasp and you could see his tear stained cheeks even in the little light from the moon shining in the window. “You’re their older brother and even though you’re not there with them right now, they’re always going to love you and need you to do things for them.” He sighed once again as your small fingers wiped his cheeks. “How about we take a trip to see them?” “You’d do that?” “Of course I would.”

Michael: The hot water poured down your naked body, your tears mixing in with the water. The steam rising had felt better, but not good enough. You sobbed into your hands, the sound of the shower drowning you out, or so you thought. Minutes later, Michael walked through the bathroom door, which you thought you had locked to keep him away. The fight you had just gotten into held the possibility of a break-up and although you hated to admit it, the end seemed closer then you had ever thought. “Y/N…” Michael spoke through the curtain. You didn’t dare pick your head up out of your hands. “Please answer me…” He begged. “Go away.” You choked, “I don’t want to talk to you right now.” Your voice soft and mixed with the sound of the shower. Michael sighed and you heard him shuffling and within minutes the shower curtain was pulled aside with Michael stepping behind you. “What are you doing? I told you to go away.” You fought with him, securing your arms over your chest. Michael turned you around, his hands firm on your shoulders. “Y/N I’m sorry.” He pleaded, “I hate making you upset, seeing you cry.” “Why because you know you’re the one I’m crying over?” You hit his hands away, seeing that the water was reaching him, matting his hair to his forehead. “I don’t want this to be over.” He added. “Neither do I,” You whispered and Michael pulled your naked body against his, holding you in a tight hug. “I’m sorry for everything Y/N, I know I fuck up. But I only do it because I’m trying my best for you, for us.”

Luke: You did your best to wipe the tears as they fell, but being able to see Luke, to hold him after weeks of tour had brought out the ugliest cry possible. “I can’t believe it’s you. You’re here.” Your hands grasped his shoulders as you sobbed into his neck. “Of course it’s me,” He chuckled. His arms snaked around your waist, picking you up and spinning you around. “If it wasn’t I wouldn’t be able to do that.” He told you once your feet were back on the ground. “And trust me, I’ve missed being able to do that.” You giggled, finally pulling your head out of his neck, “I think I got snot all over your shirt.” “Eh, I figured that would happen. You’re such a crybaby.” “Hey!” You hit him then whipped your face, “You act like you didn’t cry when you left three months ago.” Luke shook his head, knowing he was caught. In fact, in the months he was gone, although he wouldn’t admit it, he would get all teary-eyed when he scrolled through is phone, looking at pictures of the two of you, or on Instagram where you would post about your day. Luke would get upset, knowing he wasn’t there with you. It scared the hell out of him too. He got quiet after you said it. “But you’re back now, so no more tears.” You sucked in a breath, Luke’s arms still around you. “Right, no more tears. Promise?” He put a finger under your chin, keeping your gaze on his. “Promise.” You beamed, knowing he’d be there to catch any tear that dared fall.

Calum: “Fucking Christ!” As soon as he walked in the front door, you heard the frustration leave his lips and a thud as he threw down his jacket. “Calum?” You paced into the living room, seeing him sitting on the couch with his elbows on his knees, hands trembling as they covered his mouth. “Is everything alright?” You could see a glisten in his eyes that wasn’t a pleasant one. “I just wanted one fucking chance.” You carefully sat down next to him, placing a hand on his back. He flinched away, standing up and beginning to place around the room. “Cal what’s wrong?” You asked again, watching as he ran his hands through his hair and pulling on the ends. “The song! They didn’t like the song.” He finally cracked and you watched as he wiped his face, keeping you from seeing the tears on his face. “What song?” “The song I wrote!” He yelled more to the room then at you. Calum was very passionate about his song writing and you remembered even a week ago how he wouldn’t put his guitar or notebook down, perfecting a song. Your guess was that today he presented it to the band and it took a turn for the worst. You hated seeing Calum this upset over what he loves most. He let out a shaky breath, slowly moving to sit back down next to you, leaning all the way back against the couch and rubbing his eyes with his calloused fingers. “I just wanted to prove that I could write one by myself and that it could be good.” “Calum you’re an amazing song writer.” You told him but he shook his head. “It was for you.” You could see heartbreak all over his face as you leaned into him, “Honey, they just weren’t ready for all those emotions.”
