Ashton:

"Ash…" You groaned, not even opening your eyes. "It’s your turn."

"I swear she’s gonna damage her throat." He muttered, before dragging himself out of bed and into the nursery.

He entered the room to find the ten month old stood up against the edge of her crib, red faced and screaming.

"Baby girl.." He murmured, picking her up and holding her against his chest. "Shhhh, Daddy’s here. You’re okay."

"Dadada." She babbled unhappily, clinging onto him tightly.

"It’s okay." He sighed, rubbing her back.

He paced around the room, bouncing her lightly in his arms. Gently singing and murmuring in her ear to try and soothe her. Slowly, she drifted off to sleep gripping onto Ashton’s biceps, not wanting to let go, so he let her stay there in bed with him for the night.

Luke:

"Do you think she’s ill?" Luke says, rocking your daughter back and forth.

"Maybe, i’ll check her temperature." You sighed, grabbing the thermometer from the cupboard.

He held her with her head nuzzled into his neck, so you had easy access to put the thermometer in her ear. He patted her back rhythmically to comfort her as she cried in discomfort, not liking what you were doing.

"I’m sorry baby." You frowned, taking it out of her ear and kissing her head. "39.1 degrees. She has a temperature."

"Do we take her to the doctors yet?" He asked, kissing her temple.

"No, we’ll wait and see what she’s like tomorrow. There’s no need to panic unless she’s really ill." You replied. "Poorly baby."

Calum:

You were backstage at one of the 5SOS’ acoustic shows with your two month old son and he wouldn’t stop crying. It was a different surrounding for him and he didn’t like it without Calum.

"Don’t you like me? Hm?" You murmured, feeling completely useless because you couldn’t comfort your own baby. "Come on Calum…"

10 more minutes of crying and the show finally finished, all four of the boys coming backstage. Calum rushed over to you immediately, a worried look on his face.

"Is he okay?" Calum asked, taking him from your arms and transferring him to his. "Shh, i’m here. It’s okay baby boy."

"I couldn’t get him to stop crying. I’m the worst Mum ever…"

"You aren’t a bad Mum at all, okay? We’re both still pretty new to this. It’s okay babe. You’re the best."

Michael:

"She won’t eat or sleep, she doesn’t need changing…" You said to your Mum, who was on the other end of the phone. "We don’t know what else to do."

Michael bounced the baby in his arms. trying all different ways to hold her and none of them were working.

"She said try wrapping her in one of your tshirts, because she knows you and it should help." You said to him, taking the baby as he jogged upstairs to grab one of his shirts.

He returned less than a minute later, holding one of his Green Day shirts.

"There you go…" You murmured, wrapping her in the tshirt and handing her back to Michael. You both smiled in relief as the cries slowed down and she fell asleep in his arms, finally content.
