37 : Shore

On the land of Skotadi. The war has ended. The Queen of vampires returned. Yet, Selene is still nowhere to be found.

Since the was is over. Lycans and vampires had a big banquet to celebrate peace on their land. Everyone is having fun except for the three princes'.

Zeus, Ares, and Cronus are all inside in the private room of Selene in the library. Phobos and Diemos served them drinks and food and let them have their time.

Just when Selene went missing, the war broke out. Three of them don't have time to grieve about their missing woman. But now, everything went back to normal. The loneliness that Selene left to them when she got back to earth. Started to get them, like a virus spreading, eating their whole system.

"We should try to open the portal on the dead curse tree," Cronus suggested.

"We tried that before, did not we?" Ares replied. They did try it before, countless times. Using a different kind of magic.

"We should look for another portal."

"We did that too."

"Should we start another research?"

"You mean, Selene's research for two years? It did not help her open the portal."

"Then what?! Should we just wait for her to come back? What if she doesn't come back?!"

"Why are you yelling? Did I made her disappear?"

"Did I?!"

"Cronus," Zeus called Cronus to calm him. It's was effective. "We know what you feel. We lost her too."

"But you were not there when was swallowed by that tree..."

"Are you saying we don't know what you feel? I have watched her vanishes to thin air for two years!"

"Ares," Zeus called Ares to calm him down too. These days, this kind of event has been repeating for countless times.

They were always together on the Academy thinking of various solutions. If the two would start bickering, Zeus stops them immediately.

"The elders have already discussed Selene's existence. Once they have made a solution of bringing her back she will be titled as an Alpha." Zeus told them as he drinks his liquor.

"Which pack?" Cronus asked.

"It's not decided yet." Cronus nods his head and looks at Ares.

"Hey, uncle said that Selene and your mother are like identical twins. How do you feel whenever you see her?"

"What are you implying? If she's not Selene I won't feel anything for her. Even if she's my mother."

"I'm not implying anything."

"If you want to see her. Go." The two continued to quarrel and Zeus sighed. If Selene is here, this two would not even talk to each other.

All of the sudden, Cronus stopped rebutting Ares and was in a state of confusion. He looked at Zeus who was in the same situation as him. Both lycans looked at Ares which was also silent.

"...am I hallucinating? Do you feel her?" Ares asked the two of them.

"She's back." Zeus stood up first and rushed outside. The two who are still dumbfounded, eyes widened they stood up and uses their ability to rush to where the place they felt Selene's presence.

After three months of sailing to the sea, Selene had finally saw the shore. She looked up and smiled at the moon of Gaia. How she missed this moon. As the ship stop has put down its anchor open her arms and feel the wind of Skotadi.
