CHAPTER-23

The sun has rise. Both Andrew and Misty wash up- wore new clothes which mike has bought for them. They went together to Andrew place holding hands-their hearts pounding scared of what the outcome will be. They did their best to calm down. And after few minutes they have finally reach the doorsteps.

ANDREW: We are finally here- *stares at Misty*

MISTY: Everything will be fine- right Andrew?

ANDREW: Nothing will happen as long as I am here with you- *opens the door*

A SIS: Welcome Andrew! *I have told them that you will be bringing your girlfriend today* Mom Andrew is back-

A MOM: Where? Let me see the girl our Andrew choose?

All the family members came out of their respective room to greet Andrew and Misty and so do Andrew father who hasn't talked to Andrew for ages.

ANDREW: She's my girlfriend-

MISTY: Hello Mom Dad My name is Misty.

ANDREW: And she already accepted my proposal.*smiles at misty*

A BRO: Boy I haven't seen you smiling like a fool in a while. Congratulation Andrew and Misty!!

A SIS: Congratulation Mr-Ms Andrew-

A DAD: Andrew come inside my room along with your girlfriend. And yes Andrew mom come join us.

Misty was scared of the cold attitude of Andrew father. She held Andrew hand tighter. Somehow Andrew mom seems to grasp the whole situation. So, she comforted Her.

A MOM: Dear don't worry. He's always like that.

They enter the room. Meanwhile the brothers and sisters were eavesdropping outside the room.

A DAD: Andrew- Are you really willing to take her?

ANDREW: Why'd I bring her home if I don't mean it?

A DAD: Is it hard for you talk formally?

A MOM: Just continue with what you're going to say- don't mind him.

A DAD: And you dear why did you choose this brat? There are lots of good guys out there why chose a spoiled brat like Andrew.

ANDREW: If you are trying to provoke me? WE don't even need your blessings. *stood up and pulled misty hand trying to leave the room*

MISTY: *pulls him back* I am sorry Dad I will apologize to you in his stead.

ANDREW: Why the fuck did you apologize I did nothing wrong!!

MISTY: *held his hand tighter-nods at him to calm down*

MISTY: There are lots of Good guys with good grades-well off- handsome faces but no one attracts me other than Andrew. I have seen all of his flaws but that didn't change my mind but instead that makes me love him even more. The more I look at him *states at Andrew* i want to shower him with all my love. I know he has a bad temper but that makes me want to understand him even more. I have been rejected many times by Andrew but I didn't give up because he is the man I wanted to spend my entire life with. *holding Andrew hand* I know he is badperson but everyone has their good and bad sides- I never counted the bad sides but always look at the brighter side. Dad I know he must have been a bad son but trust me he' is a warm guy who doesn't know how to express it.
*kneeling* Mom Dad I wish you will accept me as not as Andrew girlfriend but as ANDREW's Wife.

ANDREW: *joins her* Please Mom Dad- I promise I won't let her suffer- I promise I will change for the best. I won't be a burden in the family.

A MOM: Stand up- why are you guys even kneeling for. Dear I am so touch with how you treat my son. I have always thought my son will never be loved by anyone but seeing you it makes me tears up. My son is so lucky to find a girl like You- *hugging misty*

A DAD: Misty you have surprised me with your wise words. In the end I am the father who doesn't understand my son. I am sorry son- Hope you forgive your foolish dad who don't even have a second thought- consider your feelings.

ANDREW: Dad I have never hated
you- *hugs him*

It was a happy tears-

A BRO: Yes- Finally. And why are you crying? *points at his sister*

A SIS: I am so happy Andrew found a Girl like her. She's a blessing in disguise. I am gonna ring up eldest brother and tell him this good news. He will be happy.*went to her room*

A BRO: why do I feel like a missing puzzled is completed?

Then, they decided to have a family party to celebrate the good news that night. Misty told her mom about what happen. Even thought Misty mom was disappointed she had no choice but to respect her daughter decision. So, she told Misty and Andrew to visit her when they are free. Misty was showered with love from all the family members.

A SIS: Andrew why didn't I see any ring on Misty finger? You said you have proposed her right?

ANDREW: It was an unplanned proposal so, I didn't get the chance.

MISTY: Rings don't matter as long as he smiles like this without keeping a straight face.

A SIS: Luck-Lucky Brat Andrew!!

A BRO: Andrew took all our family luck. I won't get anygirl like Misty now-

ANDREW: She's a LIMITED EDITION Bro!-

A BRO: See who's bragging- DUHHHHHH
*all of them laughing*

Meanwhile Andrew parents were looking at them from the terrace.

A MOM: It's been a while our family gathers and is cheerful like this. I hope it remains the same forever-

A DAD: Misty is such a sweet girl. We are lucky to have her for our Son. I have never seen Andrew being so happy. It's good that he has someone who loves and supports him.

AMOM: I know right- *smiling*

ANDREW: ATTENTION PLEASE-

A BRO: What is it?-

ANDREW: I feel bad because you guys kept on teasing me that misty didn't have a ring on her finger. And eldest bro is also leaving tomorrow so, i'd like this event to be witnessed by everyone- *comes out from his seat and knelt n front of Misty*
