Merediths POV-

"Addie" Meredith screamed back because I thought I heard her calling me but it was probably my fucked up brain off all the meds I have been put on.

Dr Wyatt came in to talk to me

"Is Addison here"

"I cannot discuss that with you Meredith, for now you are still not under section because we deem you okay to carry on voluntary unless you decide to discharge yourself which I fully advise against because you would be going home to a very empty house"

"Why, Addie would be there"

"Meredith Addison is in the ward as well, your not allowed to see each other, you will be kept on different floors, this is to help the both of you recover because we can't have to triggering each other, I know you love her but your love needs to go on pause until we get you both stable and back into the community again"

"No I need to see Addie please i-I-I please doctor Wyatt please" Meredith sniffles

"Meredith I'm afraid you can't see her for the moment, she is in the intensive care area of the ward because she needs a medication check up because one of her meds is reacting badly to the other, I promise Mer if you manage to get your weight up, minimise self harming and have less episodes you can then go home which by that point Addison will hopefully be back at home as well okay honey"

"FINE" Meredith yelled she turned over and went to sleep because she couldn't bear to be awake when she knew Addison was in the hospital, she needed a rest from reality and the way she did that was to sleep it off.

Addisons POV-

I woke up after my second sedation to find dr Wyatt by my bedside

"Dr Wyatt does Meredith know I'm here and when can I go and see her"

"Yes she does but I will say the same thing as I said to her" doctor Wyatt goes on to explain the rules for inside the ward to Addison

"FINE whatever" Addison huffs and goes to sleep once more

Narrators POV-

A few months go by and Addison and Meredith continue to get better slowly but surely, Meredith did end up on a section for a short time because she was really not doing well on the new meds she was given so a section was mandatory and needed to allow her team to try some other medications, but when she wasn't having serious episodes she would eat food because she knew she needed to get home ASAP, as for Addison she was still on her section and her medications were fixed much to her delight, although she still struggled lots with depressive episodes she still managed to get up in the mornings. After exactly 6months in the hospital for each of them they were going home.

Merediths POV-

I'm finally fucking going home I'm going to collect Addison from her area of the ward right now and I have never been more excited, we are both on very strict therapy regimen for the time being but it's okay because we are doing it together which makes it a lot easier, we have the same cpn and she will come round to chat to us both twice a week, I have my psychiatrist appointments in the hospital along with my therapy appointments and Addison has hers at home because of her depression she will struggle to get out of the house which is totally understandable, doctor Wyatt walks in with a beaming smile across her face

"Meredith it's time to go, let's go and pick up Addison I will help you with your bags"

"Thank you dr Wyatt let's get us out of here"

Addisons POV-

I saw Meredith walk towards me alongside doctor Wyatt, all I could do was smile I started to cry and Meredith and I ran toward each other, when our bodies finally met she jumped into my arms legs wrapping tightly round my waist and she tucked her head into the crook of my neck and started wailing happy tears, all I could do was hold her in my arms taking in the sweet scent of her lavender shampoo and feel her warm skin against mine

"Meredith I'm so happy to see you I have missed you so fucking much I can't believe I finally get to hug you after 6 months" I sobbed into Meredith

"I I I can't believe it either ad-Addie" that was all Meredith managed to get out because she was still stuck to me like a koala to it's mother

"Let's get out of here Mer"

"Let's go home Addie i love you all I want is for us to snuggle and kiss all night long"

"Let's not waste anymore time, do you want to walk out or am I having to carry you"

"Carry me Addie I need to feel your touch for as long as I can"

"Okay Mer let's go"

I looked at Merediths single duffel bag and I internally laughed because she was so low maintenance compared to me, a rich Connecticut princess, I loved her all the same so I carried her out to my car I didn't really care about all the strange looks I was getting from people who didn't know us but our friends, Derek,Callie,Alex Arizona and the rest of her intern friends Webber and Bailey smiled as we walked past them I knew they knew we were a thing and they were fine with it which I appreciated, although I did tell Callie and Arizona when I was in the ward and they were so happy for Mer and I, when we got out to the car park I dumped Merediths bag in the back and Dr Wyatt put mine in for me because Meredith was still clinging to me for dear life we said thank you to dr Wyatt for her help I put Meredith into the passengers seat and I drove off to our house.

As soon as we got home and opened the door to Merediths house she had me pinned to the door kissing me like her life depended on it, she grazed her tongue across my bottom lip asking for an entrance and I let her in immediately, I had been craving this moment for 6 months, she put her arms round my waist pulling me closer to her and I grabbed her face and pulled her in toward me more, she lightly bit and sucked on my bottom lip which made me moan out

"Oh Meredith keep going please don't ever stop"

"Don't worry I won't be stopping any time soon" Meredith growled as she continued kissing down to my jaw line then to my neck, she knew all the points that drove me crazy she started sucking on my neck just under my jawline

"Fuck Meredith, Mark me I don't care I need you"

I grabbed her hair and pulled it slightly causing Meredith to moan slightly, she continued working on my neck biting it as she went, I dug my nails into her back

"Oh shit Addie uhhhmhmm"

I loved hearing the sounds come out of her mouth, I swiftly grabbed her face and pushed them against my lips all the while picking her up and shoving her to the sofa as I did so

"I'm going to make you feel so good Meredith, I love you I'm going to show the whole world you are mine and only mine"

"Oh Addie please go ahead"

I started kissing down her neck I knew she liked her ears getting played with so I put her earlobe into my mouth and started lightly sucking on it

"Mhmmm Addie oh yeh right there keep going"

I started to nibble it as I was sucking which caused Meredith to squirm under me, we weren't going any further than kissing and leaving our clothes on but I thought that I would put my knee between Merediths thighs and slowly put some pressure there Meredith gasped at this

"Addie your so naughty I uhhmmm"

She was now grinding her hips into my knee causing her to moan in exctacy

"ADDIE Jesus ahhhh"

I took my knee away from her and peppered some light kisses up her neck and finally back to her lips, we softly kissed for a little bit longer and we finally decided to get ready for bed, we snuggled up together in bed Meredith drew circles on my back as I squeezed her into me tightly

"I missed this Mer I couldn't sleep without you, I love you"

"I love you too, Addie can we have sex soon I need you so badly, when you put your knee between my legs I nearly came from just that"

"Soon Mer soon I just want to hug you and never let you go"

"Goodnight Addie" with that she kissed the top of my head and we curled up in a cocoon of happiness and fell asleep in each other's arms.
