Zephyr
"We have to find them—I have like eight," Hugh tries to run towards the flames and all that shit. He's not a bad person, reasonably handsome, good looking, tall, manly, and he's always been polite to me, once very hesitantly offered me chips because I'd clearly been crying then clapped me on the shoulder in a masculine fashion, tall, good looking. Lots of bulging muscles. Usually wears sufficiently tight shirts. Smells like cedar and mint. Yes, I've had a crush on him for years, there are you happy?
"Ah, no. We do not. Work smarter, not harder," I say, pulling out a cell phone.
"What?" He asks, holding a baseball bat nervously.
"Hello? State Troopers? Yes we have a disturbance on Cochlis Island, we need helicopters and fire fighters ASAP many things are on fire and there are at least twenty children trapped the blaze. You have a nice day," I hang up.
"That's brilliant," he says.
"Police round them up. We go collect them in a few hours. All of mine are durable enough to survive. This will wear them out nicely. They're probably having fun," I say, going back to look at nothing on my phone for my safe space to avoid human interaction.
"You're a genius."
"Shh. Don't let it get around."
