Night time, Kamino, Yokohama. Inside a bar, there's a group called "The League of Villains". They're the most dangerous villains in Japan. The leader of the league is Tomura Shigaraki and there are other members.
Shigaraki: watching the news about Bloodshot, he grins "Hmm... what an interesting quirk..."
Sitting next to him is a guy has white hair and has scars all over his body, drinking beer
Dabi: "Yeah, it is..."
Then a guy who's head has a purple mist and yellow eyes, wearing a tuxedo, gives Shigaraki another drink
Kurogiri: "Indeed, Shigaraki..."
Back at Kia's House, he's asleep and snoring softly, dreaming about his past life.
In his dream, he was quirkless and always getting bullied. When he was going home, he heard a man called his name.
???: "Hey, Kia..."
Kia: "H-Huh?" looks around, finding that voice
???: "Hello.... i heard that you don't have quirk..." he grins
Kia: sees the man standing on an alley. Kia is a bit scared and nervous.

???: "I want to give you something.... strong, powerful and.... rare...." walking towards him slowly
Kia: "S-Sorry, sir. I-I can't talk to s-strangers...." slowly backing up
???: "Its okay, kid. Im not gonna hurt you...."
Kia: "O-Ok... stops backing up"
???: "Hi... im Alex, Alex Mercer...." heputs his hood down, showing his face
Kia: "U-Uhmm, I-Im Kia O-Ongaku...."
Alex: "Sooo, Kia, i heard that you're quirkless, right?" he puts his hand on Kia's shoulder
Kia: "U-Uhmm... Y-Yeah...?" shaking a bit
Alex: "Don't worry, Im not gonna hurt you..." he holds Kia's hand
Kia: "O-Ok..." nervous and a bit shaking
Alex: "Good..." he smirks

Then Alex suddenly stabs Kia with his claw through his chest, and passes him the Mercer Virus to him. Kia is screaming in pain, and falls to the ground, unconscious. Alex chuckles and left.
Back to the present day. Kia woke up, and a bit sweating, breathing hard and looking around. He sighs and as he was about to go back to sleep, an explosion was heard.
Kia: "What in the...?"
he gets out of the bed, looks out the window and sees a building near U.A is on fire. he immediately puts on his costume and flies off to the burning building.
